Wanted to get a set of Michelin PS 5's and was recommended this shop by a friend. Very happy with the level of service received. Technicians were all very friendly and even gave me tips on how to preserve my tires. Price of the tires was cheaper than what I could find on Shopee, and they even threw in free installation, balancing and alignment.

Very good service! Look for Jackie or Ah Heng. They give you good advise. Also the "Lou Pan" is friendly. Service excellent! Will come back to change my pickup truck tyres.

Good service, the workers are all very friendly, the staff checks all trains 100% and pinpoints problems on the train and also provides the best solutions. The price of the service is also cheap for me. Definitely will come back again

Bring my car for check up, but end up got cheated, parts that they change is secondhand part, but charge me with new part price. Please dont come here for even the slightest problem. They will skin u alive

Car wash guys try to upsell you maximum. And if they don’t get your sales they’ll be not so friendly and not so kind to you. Won’t go again

Scam! The staff keep persuaded customer to change tyres even still in good condition. I changed 4 new tyres there and the owner offering free tyres rotate in time being. Been there after 10k mileage but the staff is rude to customers due to asking for tyres rotate. Unprofessional and not a trusty shop.wouldn't come back again

Bought Xm2 tires today. Price is comparable with other shops in Subang/Usj. Staffs are knowledgeable and gave good technical explanations about cars and tires. Recommend.

Great experience in KT auto car care, the staffs are all helpful and friendly. They took care of my car well, Service is very efficient too. Definitely my first choice for car servicing

Scam/Fraud shop. I would strongly not recommend this shop. I just went their to change my tyres but can you imagine they made my bill upto 2.5K MYR.saying, so many parts has to be replaced. I trusted them so I paid. After a week, my engine oil started leaking. I went their and asked, before my engine was perfect. They said, we just changed the gaskets, leaking is not their problem. They were asking around 1k more to fix oil leakage, that too they are not sure on that. After this oil leakage, few more problems got added up. Overall, my car is damaged repairing with them. Please dont visit this shop. They are the biggest frauds.

Last Sun my car remote control battery went flat and as this was the only shop open I asked them to change the battery. Imagine after slightly more than a week the battery went flat again This time I had it changed at a locksmith To my horror the battery taken out was an old one for which I was charged RM15! If they can short change on a small item imagine what happens to bigger items Will never go back to this shop for good

Prices are expensive. They will 'upsell' you by telling you that your car has other problems and need to fix. They don't understand how to gain customer's trust and confidence.

Scam! Their initial price is reasonable where they promote free allignment / balancing. Half way through, they say I have to pay RM120 to fix chamber. I said OK. Then I walked out to see what is the chamber. The mechanic acted differently and shortly after said "Oh! Your chamber has been changed before so I will charge you RM60 just for adjustments". He measured and both side was balance and did nothing and still billed me the RM60. I have since withdraw my corporate fleet of vehicles from KT.

Good Service fast and reliable. Questions asked and answered given is helpful. Will be my panel workshop from now on.

The staff is very nice and helpful but very poor quality of repairing service, I spend for almost rm1000 + to repair proton saga for the past few month and I ask them to have a check on every part where it is necessary to repair and change, they did a summary and explained to me on what should be change so I asked them to proceed. However, after repairing, the problem still persist in just within 3 weeks and it's not even getting better especially they have helped me to repair on the radiator. So I did bring my car to there and repair again and charged me another fees. After that the problem still persist again in just within 1 month. So I have made my mind to change another place to check if it's my problem or the repairing service problem. Surprisingly, others car service care help me solve the problem (radiator & alignment) and it's no longer happen until now which I have drove for 1 and a half year.

To auto car care, pls read my feedback to improve the working quality. I don't mind if your guys have to charge that expensive, but pls, at least the price have to be the same quality of what u guys provided. Not rm1000+of price but quality only worth for rm100 or less.

This KT Auto so not good for car care and people because there service is so bad they Don't know how to fix the problem and there charge is so high and they don't do any work and they take money if you go there with one problem they will do some other problem for you they are not good people
