I felt so welcome there. Even when we walked out buying nothing that day haha. Kudos to the sales team, very knowledgeable
Worst experience ever with car dealers. Demanded a RM300 deposit in order to book and test drive the two cars a few days later. Reason for delayed were not enough sales men working on that day, and one of the cars cannot be started. After a few days, went to see the car and was told that the car still cannot be started. Refused to return deposit and instead demanded for an explanation letter. So I wrote an explanation letter and after 2 months and numerous phone calls, still no refund in sight. Disappointed and utterly disgusted with the poor business ethics.
