3rd March 2023…i came to Koopers Hq at 10.30am to buy strollers but its still closed.calls also nobody pickup…. Poor service…
The support i received was through and timely and my issue was addressed with a single interaction. Awesome. Great customer services names Nicole are so kindly and helpful. Five star for helping me claim warranty at Koopers HQ for my Kabina Stroller. And not to forget about their technical team. Thanks nicole.
My family being using kooper for 4 years now, so far the quality very decent, we like it so much and we even upgrade plus add on different range from this brand. 100% would recommend it!

Receive a brand new unit that have broken wheel on 1 side. It’s taking forever for the customer service to respond for resolution either replace new or fix the wheel. Terrible warranty claim process & flimsy quality. There are other brand with similar price range that’s better quality. Overall regret buying this compact travel stroller.
