I call this clinic regarding fomema purpose, your pt want to know the reason fomema did fail them. The reason can only know only by clinic medical, thats why we just want to confirm with the patient not to waste their money repeating do Cxr without knowing the cause. That pt kept telling he still unfit, eventhough he did repeat cxr in medical centre and they already passed him. But their nurse pass call to the Dr, and the way the Dr explain is so rude. So sorry Dr. I understand english. Dont you have manner to say politely with all your patient? Or with ur staff? With people? U say to me like this “listen to me 1st? Do you understand english? When i am talking in malay. Even your patient also did not understand you and what is the next step need to be done. I hope u can improve your service and be more better person especially when u re a Doctor!

My first time to this clinic and was surprised by the long queue outside the clinic. The clinic opens at 8.30am, there was more than 10 people queuing in front of me at 8.25am this morning. I waited for 1.5 hours for my turn to go into the consultation room. Doctor Ronnie was friendly and explained so well after he diagnosed. The charges are reasonable, will definitely recommend this doctor.

It was my first time coming to this clinic and the staff here was extremely rude to me, especially the indian “senior staff”, she kept emphasising that she “knows everything” and that everyone else doesn’t know what they are talking about
they had really bad customer service and treat patients with impatience, if i would give them 0 stars, i would

also the waiting time is extremely painful, they give patients a number card to know when it’s your turn to see the doctor, i got the number 4 and i waiting over an hour to see the doctor, when i asked them when it’s my turn, they lied and said “2 more patients” when in reality there was 4 more which meant that i had to wait even longer

This is the clinic that I usually go to and have done so for many years. Dr. Ronnie is a great practitioner and is very good with his patients, and that explains why you sometimes have to wait for an hour to see him. Great listener and patient, does not overcharge for his prescriptions and reasonable with his consultation charge.
He is well acquainted with many specialist doctors who were his classmates or friends and can make the right recommendations if you need to see one.
I can heartily endorse him as a good family doctor.

I really like Dr Ronnie, a very caring doc that bothers to explain to you on your condition. What isn't great is gotta be this kind of older private clinics usually coupled with not so polite front desk that could speak bit softer and nicer.

Maybe due to covid-19, there were only me and another patient waiting for treatment. First time going to see Dr Ronnie. He is patient and gentle, giving thorough check up and detailed consultation. I was diagnosed with food poisoning after 4 days suffering from diarrhea. They charged me RM 32 only with some medication given. Usually in PJ hardly find this pricing and consultation.

Thumb up for Dr Ronnie. The only GP I trust. If don't want to wait long, I will take the number and estimated what time need to come back, since my office just nearby.

The best dr around, he takes really good time to examine and treat the patient, definitely takes time, sometime even 11th patient needs to wait even after lunch hour, but the care he shows on patient is absolutely worth it, been going there for more than 4 years, definitely recommended

Dr Ronnie is one of the best doctor in PJ. Very detail examinations to diagnose the real cause of the sickness and appropriately prescribe the medication with reasonable changes. I have been consulting him from 1989

If you appreciate a doctor that is thorough and careful, you want Dr Ronnie. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The wait is longer compared to other clinics because of this. I normally just need one visit to recovery from any flu or fever. The fees are not high.

Since he's been in that neighborhood for a long time, locals go there to get treatment and the wait might be quite long. There's an intermittent break for lunch, so your appointment might get pushed to later after the break.

Best time to visit if you're in a hurry, and would like to get back home early to rest, i suggest going before 10 am.
