Klinik Mediviron Seapark

Visited this clinic thrice and the 2 different female doctors who attended my friend and I were both very friendly, patient, helpful, and could explain very well to us.

All useless Doctors just want to make money and destroy patients skin untill got scars and wanted to inject filler for their mistake. Face skin not even got deep scar after visiting them but the doctors at mediveron clinic formed a big scar for the patients to make more money
Stupid doctors no experience at all. Not going to steps there but will get a lawyer for this issue

The worst klinik ever I have visit before. The doctor force me to take a lot of expensive medication, and then not turning good… I won’t come again

Well? U guys are off on the next day when I get more weaknesses after I ate the medicines.

I cant remember the doc's name but specifically shes an indian woman, sooo kind and very friendly! And she also explained clearly what is happening to my skins since i came for eczema. The receptionist also friendly and approachable, very helpful. The price also reasonable. Definitely will come again

Poor service, lazy receptionist woman, it was difficult for her to make a referral to the doctor…. Just because I didn't get any treatment and using insurance and don’t pay here. Very bad.thanks god that there are many other good clinics nearby!

Dr Ristiman is really attentive, thoughtful and kind. Visited this clinic after almost 5 years, it had a change of management since 2020. Pricing is also reasonable. Came here due to sprained ankle and very surprised with kind service by Dr Ristiman.

Service tiptop! From the counter, to the doctor, to the payment. Semua pantas dan laju and sangat friendly. Really recommended especially anyone yg ada panel kat sini.

Went here around 6: 50pm for pcr test, luckily they still accept. The price for pcr test also reasonable for result in 24hours. Doctors and staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon receiving results via whatsapp, they also entertain my questions accordingly. Great service

As i experience Doctor and nurse Gee is very approachable tender loving care staff.im truly love this clinic. More life to save. Salute

The doctor and nurse were kind and helpful. Got meds and advice on what to do, how to prevent further sickness. The price isn't expensive, maybe just because my illness was not severe (food poisoning). Overall felt better knowing that my illness is easily treatable.

Funny thing to say, but I really enjoyed my trip to this clinic. Walked out feeling better even before taking the meds.

The worst clinic that I've visited. This is based on my own experience on this Klinik Mediviron SS15 & Dr. R only.

Issue 1: Dr. R never change his gloves in front of the patient when patient is questioning on his gloves during the "consultation period". Doctor just verbally said he has changed new gloves without showing it to the patient. This is very unprofessional attitude especially during this COVID-19 period.

Issue 2: Giving the "same medication" that patient brought but with stronger power only.

Issue 3: Medication Description is missing. I have received 3 medicines from the Klinik. First medicine is properly labelled. Second medicine is not properly labelled as it never mentioned to consume before / after meal. Third medicine is the worst as no sticker indicating anything! This proof that Dr. R never check the medication from nurse.

Issue 4: The illness & disease spread after consuming the prescribed medicine.

Issue 5: Unprofessional and Rude attitude. Doctor kept on questioning the patient and never apologize in the first place when patient told the above issues to the doctor.

Very understanding doctors who are both professional and a good listener. Willing to explain and answer all my questions patiently and kindly. Very grateful

I went to the clinic on Sunday.to only find the dr was "out". Although the clinic is suppose to be open. Had to come back after half hour. As I had stitches, dr said I need to come back to clean the wound.reconfirmed timing and dr said " I am here everyday.morning to evening". Today morning I went to the clinic.and the clinic was open but the nurse said dr has gone for "khusus" (during CMCO everyone knows its against SOP to have any trainings). The nurse informed that Dr will only be back at 1pm. I went back at 130pm and there was no Dr there still and nurse kept telling patients dr will attend them in a short while (Dr was not in).

Not bad.first i go to taipan branch very bad.i hate how nurse treat me like homeless.i will go another branch and get better service.

From my experience, Dr Amanjit spoke super fast which did not help particularly because she said I could have influenza.

I think that she means well, however her approach towards patients could be improved by talking in a more professional and objective manner. She said “I dont know what to do with patients like you who have. ” which was a worrisome statement that most patients would find to be off-putting. She also said, “Get on the weighing scale. I want to see how fat you are”, which clearly isnt a professional thing to say.

I went to another Mediviron in Shah Alam, and Dr Chua was attentive, advised only after listening to my whole story and did not speak rudely. I felt calm despite taking a blood test as he explained things in an objective manner.

The staff at SS15 was also slightly rude and less attentive. Overall, it was a waste of time for me. If you need to do a blood test, go to a clinic that has a small lab or a hosp.

Fantastic Staff! One of the best doctors I've come across, hardly any waiting time. Been coming here for years and would highly recommend!

The worst doctor ever. I've been bringing my gf there as it's her panel clinic, and everytime she's given a referral letter to the hospital.not even able to treat a simple sickness. Mediviron should take serious action against this doctor. Dr Amanjit Kaur
