Went to Klinik Mediviron in Sek 18, shah alam last week, and met with Dr. Aidil. I love the way he treated me with so much care and sangat lembut and detail dia check saya. Saya suka doctor yang friendly and detail and Dr. Aidil is the one. Never seen him before, perhaps he is a part time doctor. But based on my experience, Dr. Aidil seorang doctor yang sangat teliti, sangat soft spoken and patients sangat selesa untuk bercakap dengan dia. Goodjob team Klinik Mediviron kerana hire Doctor yang sangat bagus and passion dalam kerja dia.

Alhamdulillah layanan doktor & nurse sgt baik. Penerangan dari mereka pun sgt jelas. Tempat selesa & bersih. Terima kasih semua

Staff yg baik.mesra.dan dokter yg baik dan mesra.tempat menunggu pun selesa.obat pun ade bnyk.selalu ade stok.sy suker datang kat sini.

Service baik. Klinik dah upgrade lawooo mantappp. Doctor handsome, wife sy cakap rugi tak ikut masuk tadi

Dr Amira is very helpful. I was having a bad flu and headache and she explained from A to Z about my symptoms and all.

Bad experience, yang jaga kaunter receptionist tu tak peramah dan berlagak. Mediviron seksyen 18 sahaja yang begitu.

Tapi Dr.sangat baik dan peramah. Dan person yang kasi ubat pon baik, just yang greet tak peramah langsong

My son’s finger was bleeding non stop and we decided to visit the clinic to seek help. The staffs were very attentive and the Dr.had good bedside manners. We were overall satisfied with their services. Thank you!

Reluctant to visit at first due to low Google Google rating, however still visited as not many choices nearby at 10.30pm. Surprised that the service is super good, both doctor and frontliner. Dr Amira is super friendly and explained my symptoms to me patiently, she did detail checking on my symptoms too. Please note that the clinic close at 11pm and will stop receiving customers at 10.30pm

Slow gila staff & Dctor. Mau jumpa & ambil ubat tunggu 1 jam. Lebih baik sya terus prgi hospital. Buang masa & duit kat sini

My experience since sekolah sampai I kerja, jarang yang in charge di receiption tu friendly. Always dengan cara berlagak dan kerek.

Mediviron seksyen 18 memang kena sekolahkan receptionist2 kat depan tu. Kalau dah bosan jadi frontliner, berhenti kerja. Jangan effect kat patient dengan muka toya korng tu.

Result lambat.staff sana cakap sejam lagi dapat result dah 3 jam tak dapat lagi.call pun tak angkat.

Yang jg kaunter x mesra langsung. Dah la daftar dl, tp panggil org lain dl. Bila tunggu org yg baru swap blh dpt result dl, padahal dia masuk kemudian. Bila tnya sy check result satu2. Satu2 pun tgk la sape yg swap dl. Dah la tunggu nak dekat 2 jam. Sabar pun ada had dia

Last week i dtg due to my leg jatuh and bengkak teruk, i come and ask for xray.doctor cakap tak payah, tisu je bengkak ni.and now after 1week still not recover and getting worst, i pergi xray kat klinik lain and end up kaki i patah.i fikir i manusia kalau tak i dah saman your doctor.

Pernah pergi dulu. Tapi serius mengarut (doc n staff prempuan). 2hours waiting time.pergi sbb demam. Mintak mc slip. Dia bg time slip. Mcm bangang. Dia kata lepas 4 jam kalau tk ok dtg balik. Byk pulak duit aku nk bayar grab dgn tk laratnye. Cam bodo. Aku terus pergi klinik sebelah, dpt mc on the spot, sbb temp mmg tggi time tu. Last la tu aku dtg.

On 24rd dec 2021, me and my sister went to clinic as per appointment however, their system were very bad, miscommunication among staff which had lead us wasting time to come for booster injection. At first, person in charge, we whatsapp set for appointment said there were 2 slot free, but after we arrived we were asked to leave. Thin, malay lady incharge in counter was rude too, and fail to explain properly. We had bad experince, thus never plan to come back there. Please improve.

Very bad experience la today and sgt disappointed dgn this female doctor.my eyes dgn muka mmg bengkak smlm sbb allergic.but today dah surut sikit cuma ingt nak gi this klinik utk amek medicine incase my allergies dtg lagi.before this selalu allergic ubat/food i akn dtg klinik ni.since i takdapat dtg office arini i kindly ask the dr nk minta mc but the ‘dr’ insist cakap TAKBOLEH and rudely minta i to discuss with my HR sbb dia tkboleh bg mc.she even said “sakit awak ni takperlu berehat” punyalah cheapskate and heartless.pastu takde langsung tanya allergic sbb apa and so on.terus nk bg ubat.haha fyi dr, sy bukan jenis suka gi klinik utk amek mc.nk gi klinik pun sy mls.ni kan nk gi klinik semata2 nak amek mc.haha takpe la dr.mungkin dr takot Hr2 lain kol dr sbb bg mc sewenang2 nya kt Pt.dr.sy cuba faham.if dr tknk bg tkperlu bg.but if Pt.minta why not just bg atleast 1 day.what if they really sick n perlu berehat? Please put yourself in others.you have nothing to lose dr.semoga hari dr.dipermudahkan.sy cuma cust yg menagih mc.mmg sy takkan jejak dah klinik ni.dr boleh simpan kertas mc dr.hehehe tq dr.farah.sy akn ingt.

I visited klinik mediviron sek 18 yesterday 4th july 2021 at 8.30pm and there was malay lady doctor refuse to treat my toe nail which was hurt and fungus infection.she said there is no need treat as she dont want to do.she treated me do disgusting.after all the nail swallon due to got hit by chair accidently.nothing wrong plug out the nail and do medication.she rejected me.so lazy doctor.malay fat lady. I wonder she bought or studied medical degree.pemalas betul.si gemuk. Please pray before you start your duty or else please dont work as doctor.tak layak to be doctor.wasted my transportation money.stupid doctor.no empathy.mskan gaji buta.rezeki tak halal. I want mediviron to take action otherwise I am bringing this to jabatan kesihatan malaysia.please terminate that malay lady so evil.

Bad service saya dan kwan datang minta ubat sebab sakit kepala, sakit dada baru habis kuarantin covid-19 dapat surat daripada kilang dan doctor india melayu tuu boleh cakap saya dan kwn saya sengaja datng sma² nak minta mc dan nak ponteng kerja. Ko tau tak covid-19 ne mcm mna? Kau pernah kena tk? Kalau taknak terima bekas pesakit covid-19 cakap dari awal. Jangan bersikap kurang ajar. Nama doctor tapi bodoh! Ko kena byar untuk siasat kehidupan pesakit ke? Atau nak siasat sakit pesakit? First and last lh sya datang klinik ni?

Doktor panggil nama terlampau perlahan.saya tak dengar.lepastu pergi2 kat kaunter doktor panggil nama orang lain.buat malu je
