Very unfriendly malay staffs and doctor also very unkind and asked me to buy a mask and wear it but the funny thing was, doctor didn't wore a mask tho

The doctor is pretty efficient. Told him my symptoms and helped filter whether they were COVID related. Then sent me proper medication and mc. Everything took less than half an hour even with multiple patients that day. Doc was pretty chill. Idk bout the rest of these comments.

Nak buat medical checkup pon tak boleh alasan tak pernah buat. Klinik kan? Takkan tak boleh. Lepastu suggest tempat jauh2. Terangkan pon rude. Dari masuk sampai habis lah rude receptionist dia. Yg kurus

No handwash, ask the counter n was searching like 3min for handwash.
You have to Be patient, even if less patient be ready to wait long.
Doctor is friendly but service can improve, have to wait 1 hour plus, even if only 8 patients in the clinic.

First and last datang sini dokter cina lelaki kat sini bapak lah belagak.cakap pun bukan main tinggi suaranya.

A Chinese male doctor with a very bad attitude. I just had a stomachache and wanted to get 45 yuan of medicine. But he insisted on giving me 3 packs of medicine and asked me to pay extra. I said I didn’t need that much money for the medicine, so 45 would be fine. The doctor actually said, I don’t want to come here and ask me to go to other clinics. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such an unscrupulous doctor. Money is more important than patient care. If you are not suitable to be a doctor, please go back to your country. You are not welcome here. Come!

In many mediveron clinic have i been, i think this doctor is the most RUDE and mentally unstable.he react sometime ok n in a flash he can become so rude with his WORDING/BODY LANGUAGE TOO.have been there twice n the service given to me is very bad n i think he is RACIST too. DOCTOR.if u reading this.please change ur attitude. REMEMBER people go there bcoz the they r SICK.not just to get MC.please be MORE SINCERE to SERVE/LISTEN ur patient COMPLAINTS. Dont STOP them half way with saying WEAR UR MASK WHEN WE START TOO TALK.we open a bit mask bcoz wanna let u hear properly what we complaints.

In my opinion, rebutting those who complained not being treated softly or pampered, they should reflect. You're there to seek a cure for your ailments attended by doctors who have years of experience.

When the doctor is attending to his/her patient, he/she must value the time, gives the most accurate diagnosis & prescribe the best medicine to the patient. That's dedication, professional & caring by empathically listening to the patient's suffering.

Please be reminded you're consulting an expert at a clinic without the exorbitant fees by the centres added into your bill. I believe if you go to a specialist centre, be prepared to pay thru your nose for the same treatment.

Medications can be very subjective. This clinic may be giving the best & expensive type to their patients, thus the higher bills. Others may prescribe cheaper alternatives to attract lower income patients but it's a hit or miss & takes longer period to heal.

You're there to find a cure, not a massage centre nor a hotel reception. Try reading the clinic's wall, there is a quote about being patience. You'll probably find wisdom. I'm not a friend, family member nor an admirer of the doctors here, just another 1st time patient with minor nagging skin allergy.

I am not sure how they treated their patients, whether they like them based on the person character, appearance or choose the person to like, then give the best treatment for them or give the best treatment from what they think they like (patient). I been here for 2 years back then (because just 1 clinic nearest to this area) and found it very difficult with Dr. Piong for not giving me proper medication and half day mc (because my company only accept 1 day MC). I was sick and having a bad fever in the morning and take paracetamol that morning around 8am then got some rest and could not drive early to the clinic, I was soo weak for God's sake could not tell you how it feels liked. I woke up around 11am to the clinic. After I have arrived for consultation he only gave me half day mc and he even tells me to get back to work after afternoon because my temperature was not indicate that I am having a fever anymore. After explained to him that my company do not accept half-day MC he just ignored my consideration and ask me to work after afternoon. I could not compute with him. Brought my parents to see him, he surrendered then gave the MC at last. What a stupid doctor and no consideration at all. Caught him smoking at the Malay restaurant that day, without knowing there's people eating around him. You can called yourself a doctor. What a moron guy.

Layanan yang terok dan agak kasar dari doktor.saya hadir ke klinik kerana masalah period pain atau senggugut tapi doktor tidak faham tentang penyakit tu.dan dia tidak tau tentang masalah dalaman.dia sentiasa cakap ini salah? Saya pelik apa yang salah? Dan saya juga ada beritahu bahagian yang sakit dan dia tetap kata ini salah.klinik pertama yang saya pergi yang saya rasa doktor ni macam tidak tahu apa-apa.saya tidak akan datang lagi ke klinik ini.dan paling terok pada MC sy doktor tulis NAK TIDUR? Xtau laa nak gelak ke nak nangis.hope management tukar panel klinik company ni.ramai staff da kena n tidak berpuas hati dgn perkhidmatan klinik ni.

Dr. Piong is the first doctor my family will remember when we need medical advice. Despite we have moved but that never stops us to come all the way here:)

Doc yg belagak mcm bagus, dtng untuk rawatan, ko blh pulak ckp g hospital. Kalau xsuka prgi msk krja semula.mcm kimak perangai ko.

This should be a zero star rating for Dr Lee Yin Yin (who is apparently also consulting at Sunway Medical Center - her business card was stuck on the glass counter).

I've been to this clinic several times to see Dr Piong who has always been professional and courteous.

Unfortunately another doctor, Dr Lee Yin Yin was in attendance today. My 11 year old was suffering from an allergy and had rashes and was itching very badly.

Midway through the consultation this doctor took a call which lasted almost 10min (which I've seldom had a doctor interrupt a consultation more then 1 minute if at all). When I attempted to interrupt her to ask if she could at least complete our consultation first, she put up her hand and shot me a glare. So my son and I waited patiently.

Lo and behold when she finally finished her conversation, instead of apologizing she shouted at me to say that she has very important matters and if I don't like it I could walk out!

I bit my tongue and told her I was concerned about my son who was experiencing severe discomfort from the itching all over his body, arms and legs; so I would like to continue (instead of wasting more time going to another clinic). Her reply was "well he's already been suffering for 3 days. So it's up to you if you want to walk out"

So again I reiterated my wish to continue (for the sake of my son).

She continued the consultation in a very rude tone and loud voice. At one point when I repeated the dosage for one of the meds, she shouted again "I already told you! Twice a day! ! "

I've never ever experienced such rudeness, nastiness and unprofessional conduct. Not to mention the lack of compassion and care for a child!

Btw, after all this rudeness to my son and I, one small tub of cream and 10 tabs cost RM60!

Needless to say I will certainly never visit this clinic again.

Dr Piong is definitely one of the most caring, attentive and patient doctors I have ever met. He is always courteous and never fail to answer in length any medical queries I have. I have had no experience with Dr Lee Yin Yin and shall therefore refrain from any comment. However, It would be unfair and sad to judge the clinic or the residence Dr Piong through one alleged unpleasant experience with one Dr. Lee. Will definitely recommend this clinic and Dr Piong to all my friends.
