5star for doctor Loga, for others doctors, especially Chinese lady doctor, give a lot of medicine then charge u kaw kaw.

I had a unpleasant experience in this clinic today. My wife is 14 weeks pregnant and she collapsed in her working place and the colleagues brought to this clinic as its so called panel clinic. When I arrived at the clinic. She was literally sitting infront on the doctors room and the doctor didnt even bother to come out and check. Besides instructing the nurse to bring her out of the clinic and get to the hospital. Me being there asked the nurse to help to just check her vitals and sugar level atleast but they were reluctant to even do the simplest thing and asked us to leave. If anything would happen to my wife or my kid I will definitely screw this clinic up. Rather avoid this place!

Worst doctor and worst nurse,
I came here for one year but every time my sick didn’t get well and cause my need to see another clinic.

First time came, asked if can claim insurance. The receptionist said CANNOT. Waited almost one hour to get checked, but understandable since many people and only doctors. Asked doctor, doc said can claim insurance? Tested negative covid, and blood test said got bacterial infection. Waited another almost one hour for medicine. Charged RM79 for medicine and covid test. Another rm45 charge is for blood test. No invoice received upon taking the medicine, had to ask for receipt and wait again. BAD SERVICE.

Purposely came for Dr Loga (5star for Dr Loga), but attended by a indian lady doctor (dr leena?). So pls ask if dr loga in or not, otherwise go to other clinic.
Consultation with an annoying tone & look and so impatient as though I fell sick to waste her time (?) so far worst experience visiting a clinic doctor.

In all fairness, I would like to give Dr. Loga 5 stars because he is kind and considerate, and hence, the reason I always come back to Mediviron BMC even after I moved out from there. As for the rest of the staff - no more than 2 stars. They were talking bad about another staff right in front of me, while I was filling up my form - very unethical, very unprofessional. (happened on my last visit, few months back)

The RTK-antigen is so harsh. With RM80 charges for the test & really pain. Is ur staff have proper training to do the test? Surely will not undergo the test again in Mahkota Cheras branch. No good

First time visiting this clinic, i think good enough, doctor is patient, receptionist/ nurse not as bad as expected (because i have read reviews here before visit), i think still ok~

Very good doctor but all staff are very rude. Non -standard nurses and also Treat patients like in a mamak cafe.

Very rude staff indian fatty female. Please ask the patient to fill up the form, not "isi lah" when im asking what? Yes due she give me the card and book with not appropriate. What service this provide if not satisfied the customer care really much? Of hungry, then eat. If doesnt work, please resign. Many people needed outside. Please upgrade your staff performance otherwise, no one will come here to visit again. Even if panel!

Staff yang berlagak.tidak mesra pelanggan.dah bawa anak kecil memang tidak reti duduk diam.asyik suruh senyap dengan muka sombong. 2 ke 3 kali ckp dengan saya suruh anak diam.dah lah saya sakit nak kawal anak mcm mana. ĺ

Dr. Logas is good but the receptionist/nurses is very rude. Open at 6pm but when I call on 6.05pm, never pick up call.

BEWARE!

The doctor is an Indian Male, when doing a stethoscoping with me, he touches really close to my breast (which he contacts my bra from bottom and from top)

so please all females beware of this perved doctor!

The facility is old, you noticed that at the seating area etc. They are using the old system as well.

However, the main doctor Dr. Loga is very great, the best in BMC imho. Staff is okay only.

If u want to consult with good doctor and doesn't mind well on the others cons, come here. The price also considered inexpensive

Called up the clinic to ask if the doctor is there as my mom is in severe pain and need to consult the doctor immediately. The nurse told me that the clinic is closing at 1pm and will reopen at 6pm. I told her to wait for me as im coming from sg long which will only take me less than 10mins. Guess what. When i arrived, the doctor had left. Such an irresponsible doctor. If this is how the doctor treats his patient, im truly disappointed and shame on him. @Klinik Mediviron, Pls up your game and hire Quality doctor. Thanks.
