The staff in phone is so polite that i talked to second person asking about my next appoinment.

Very bad administration, poor customer service provided by staff, poor follow up from the staff, old facilities and slow. Would never go back nor recommend to ANYONE!

Saw some bad reviews and which is very different from my own experience.i have visited this place for years and usually the waiting time is short and their doctor is patient and caring.

Horrible service. Doc is not giving proper consultation. In fact, doc scolded patient thinking that patient wanted to go their clinic just for the sake of MC.

Highly highly highly NOT RECOMMENDED. To me, clinics should be clean and hygiene practices should comply. X-ray gown looked filthy and the towel looked questionable. Facilities are old and staff are rude to patients. They have a numbering queue system which is redundant. Overpromised delivery time of blood test report and not apologetic about it. Keep putting the blame on the lab and keep saying it's not their fault. Will NEVER go back nor recommend to anyone

I see the review is quite bad but I went to the clinic for twice. From my experience, the waiting time is super short and the doctor is good. From the time I step into the clinic until I get my medicine only 15-20 minute. Maybe because I went during lunch hour (1pm) so no other patient in the clinic.

Its very bad the doctor consultation when i was visit, Doctor did not here our problems, he do not have patience.

This is not the best place to go if ure actually sick.the symptoms u say wont be considered.they will think ure there only to get mc.its horrible.they would even give meds that arent for ur condition and charge u.

Very poor service.they talk n talk n talk.they eating drinking, didn't take care patience.its take tooo long.about 4houre we waiting to meet doctor.so sad.its really too bad
