I went to this clinic maybe 3-4 times already in the span of 2 years.
1) the service from the desk front to the doctor are especially good. Customer service is friendly and respectful, while the doctor (Veronica Faun) is very understanding and helps you to explain bout your sickness thoroughly.
2) MC - why did i come here? Of course la not to fake my sickness but we know our own body and if it recovers or get worse if we work. So far, no issue and like I said, the doctors are very understanding. Personally when i get fever (eg;), i need at least 2 days to get well. Food poisoning u surely cannot get better in 1 day one. That one 2-4 days man. My own workplace clinic and other clinics always give me only one day, sometimes half day tau and I have to force myself back out of bed to apply for another one the NEXT day. I believe that with good reason the doctors in this clinic will provide you with the rest you need - that you dont abuse them la.
3) Price/Medicine - consultation maybe a bit pricier, RM75 but they don’t overcharge for the meds (maybe, so far okay). And they even have meds in syrup form if u cannot swallow (I can’t). Very good point if ur like me.

Anyway, I went here bc my friend recommended me and you can imagine how powerful mouth to mouth marketing is. Keep up the good work and thank you. May you receive plenty of loyal customers. <3

I have seek a few medical opinion on my high blood pressure treatment but I have to say, Dr. Veronica Faun was the only doctor whom accurately prescribed me with the right medicine to effectively reduce both my high blood pressure and my pulse rate to the normal reading as well as without any recurrent side effects. The clinic's state-of-the-art facilities and the doctor's compassionate approach made me feel at ease. The price is very reasonable with such great service and clinic ambience. I left the clinic feeling reassured and well taken care of. I highly recommend Klinik Central SS15 and Dr. Veronica Faun to anyone seeking top-notch medical attention.

Stumble upon this clinic while I was heading to dinner. I walk-in without an appointment and no expectations to get a long over due influenza vaccine. To my surprise, they have the vaccine in stock and I was able to get it done within 10mins at a very reasonable price point. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful - not only was she able to answer all my questions and concerns, she even conveyed it to the Doctor clearly.

So happy that I’ve came across this clinic after visiting so many clinics around PJ for around 2 weeks during my lunch break because I’m always told that the vaccine is either out of stock or that I have to make an appointment to get vaccinated. I rarely leave reviews, but this clinic is deserving of 5 stars! First time coming here and I was immediately welcomed by the friendly staff and the doctor explained everything so well. Really glad to find this place

The clinic is clean and decor is neat. Staff is very polite as well. As for the doctor, the female doctor that I was appointed is very polite and informative as well in giving advice for my sickness.

Totally understood the high rating of this clinic on maps.
From the front desk, to the doctor, and assistant staff, plus the clean & cozy environment, plus the reasonable price, they are all worthy of 5 stars.

(By the way, I went to another clinic yesterday, which gave a very wrong diagnosis after a long wait and a very hasty checking.
That old doctor brushed off my descriptions of symptoms after a few simple tapping on my back.)

This young lady doctor in the Klinik Central is different. She knows what questions to ask, and listened so carefully when I was giving a lengthy descriptions of symptoms.

She patiently explained the picture in the ultrasound so that I can know what happened.

Also, they also use a paper bag instead of plastic bag for the medicines.

Really love the hospitality. From front desk to the doctor all very soft spoken and helpful. Dr Tay explained quite well with my disease and I satisfied. Price is affordable as I request for a lot of medicine. Recommended. Please come here if u are feeling sick, this clinic does not waste your money and time.

No wonder all people gave 5 stars. The doctors and nurses are nice and friendly and their service is tip top, they even video called the patient to follow up. And even the price is reasonable. Definitely will revisit again!

Doctors & Nurses are amazing, friendly & professional.

They handle everyone is an amazing attitude and patience. Price wise is very reasonable even thou the place is classy and clean. Environment is very comfortable even when you are sick you don't feel the stress of being in a clinic.

Just want to say thank you to Dr Faun. Knowledgeable and patient doctor. I did the HA and PRP treatment here with amazing results. My knee pain is gone.

I never write any review before but this clinic service is damn good. Especially Dr Goh, she explained very well and patiently. Even is hard to find parking, but everytime I want go clinic I definitely will choose here.

It was my first time visiting this clinic and Dr. Faun was very patient, gentle and detailed in explaining things to me, which placed me in a calm and relaxed mood. The front desk nurse on duty was also very soft-spoken and arranged things in a very efficient manner. The environment was comfortable and clean. The total bill was also very reasonable.
