The business owner was friendly, honest and full of audio experiences. Professional was the key success of the business. I feel proud to be his customer. In further, it is unfair that those not visit as customer and left the negative commends, it is so obvious that those are competitors in the same business. KKLau is a good integrity business owner, I believe that others can be the same.

Went for a quick check on radio input harness to check which type am i searching for and ended lady boss not charging for the service.
Highly recommended for those who wants to get an audio upgrade specialist. Focal audison and alpine are some of their products!

The owner was friendly, has alot of knowledge in car audio system. But the downside is, he sold a pair of full range tweeters (look like used and pls refer the pic) they came without box, the quality is good but he sold at a crazy price of RM 600 for a pair of believe to be used full range tweeters. Not only the tweeters, even the Aulux 4 channel dsp came without box at a price of RM 1200. The overall quality and outcome is good therefore I didn't make a fuss out of the matters. He also sells many 2nd hand products like players and amplifiers. Therefore, I doubt the condition of the products that he sold to me. Dear readers, take this as an advice to purchase products with only box or packaging. Other than that, his service was good.

Workmanship for this shop is very low and what they charge is out for the work they did.

After remove the plastic trim parts, just simply use back the same clips and when the clips broken they just what ever glue to glue it back. Outside looks good but inside all koyak one.it fall apart after 9 months.

Used the wrong length of screw on my door panel and cause my door panel need to repaint one part of the door.the owner KK Lau send to repaint the impacted part after I complaint to him. After repaint he only sent for repaint the impacted part where different color compare to other part. And other non impacted became rough I guess they didn’t cover it properly when repaint it. (maybe his gang no quality repair job like him).

Another door panel also over screw until the threat is lose.now my door panel got one big gab and the wind noise is coming inside my cabin.

I rate him terrible workmanship and I don’t think he knows what he can do with my car.recommend me the led light bulb got no fault code when put on my car fault code is on.he says is like that one and no refund. I force to change to other normal bulb which I think I should replace it at the 1st place.

Please don’t let him touch your car.

Premium price for installing amplifiers and subwoofer. My car speakers sound random went off while driving, and even during door lock and unlock.

Initially, by knocking the central console, the sound resume. But later I have no clue how to fix this.

It is really annoying when a friend knowing we paid a jaw dropping installation price rewarded with such conditon.

Really wish I can undone the installation and get refund. But in fact, I just went for 3rd check. I spent 2 hours there, 15 minutes checked wiring of driver door speaker and 1 hour plus on HU wiring.

The conclusion: "Speaker connector/ magnet manufacturers fault, caused wiring too close to the door metal piece. When there is vibration, the wiring touch and shorted, it is definitely not wiring/installation issue"

Shop owner is kind to rectified this speaker manufacturers fault.

1 week after THERAPY problem happen again, the speaker occasionally no voice. Once I hit the HU panel, the sound some time came back. I went back yet again for them to check. This time the technician told me the wiring loss, therefore used cable tie to hold them tight. Tested over the bumpy roads, and result was fine.

After another week of usage, the problem came back. I decided to DIY, to solder all wire joint. To my shock, the premium priced and so call FOCAL High to Low Output Converter, was a PCB, put in FOCAL case, and warp using insulating tape (on the case there are screws holes, but without screws!). The point I wanted to highlight is, it is either old/refurbished unit, or it is not FOCAL at all!

And this high to low output converter has no RCA jack at output, and again they used PREMIUM cable to connect HU output to my amplifier, they had cut off the RCA jack to twist joint the wire at the converter output. And this is the source of my problem!

When I touch these cables, the speaker sound goes on and off!

I decided to buy another cheap high to low output converter and replace the premium one, and also resolder the cable with RCA head.

One of the place best car audio specialist around for decades. Good craftsmanship and finishing that you would be satisfied on your car audio speakers. Any kind of speakers and kind of requirement, KK Lau can definitely handle them. Price is not the lowest but satisfaction is assured.

On the other hand, the effect of Dynamat on door panel is good.

Installer is very experience. Overall install my new BT player. It take about 40 minutes and it cost RM60. Now I can enjoy my Bluetooth music from my phone.
