The price for alignment & balancing are very expensive. Dont go for this shop.
I suggest you all to call tyre shop in Sri Muda before go this shop. I know Sri Muda has cheaper charge for alignment & balancing.

Too long waiting period fr doing front wheels disc skimming. Was told it takes about 3 to 4 hrs but already more than 4 hrs and still waiting. The skimming was carried out outside hence the delay. Recommend not not do any skimming jobs here. Alignment and balancing is good here including rim repairs as it is carried out in house.

Staff tak friendly & perlu tunggu lama without any further information dan harga agak mahal for me. Sorry

This is a very bad place to go, the "boss" is very rude. They charge me Rm30 just to "tampal" my tyre. Ridiculous price, cmon ah nak untungnpun agak2 la. Hub cap rim second hand pun jual Rm25. Do not come here for service.

On wheel balancing very satisfying. Good job! Done on wheel balancing on front wheel for RM15 each tire. Not sure if price varies depends on tire size.

I have purchased the tyre online and they will notify me by WhatsApp to schedule for appointment. Once reached they just let them know your order number and they will immediately arrive the foreman to change my tyre. Fast

Overall not bad, although do not hv much communication because they are busy as too many customers there.

Kena tinggal kereta 3 hari untuk tukar bearing depan dan alignments tayar. Selepas kereta siap 3 hari kemudian. Jalan 1km Bearing depan kembali berbunyi. Alignments masih lari. Bayaran yang di kenakan rm600+. Sangat kecewa dengan hasil kerja.

Their staffs are rude, especially one of the supervisors. A set of iRAYS wheels nut without lock cost me RM120 (actually I don’t want to buy but the mechanic trying to scare me with many reasons), but you can quickly get it on Shopee for only RM20-30. Would not return.

Crowded. Busy workshop. Tyres is sold by agent, checked other repair price is expensive. Only buy new tyre and exchange the rim is fine there

Friendly and reliable service. Got a flat tyre on Friday and my son ordered two new tyres for the rear wheels via Lazada. They were will to do the job on the same day even though they were very busy. Highly recommended.

I send my cars here for alignment, balancing and also for new tyres (usually buy online). I can understand service might not be the most attentive as they are incredibly busy all the time and you are usually in for a long wait to get your car done. But, once it's your turn, the staff are professional, serve you well and get the job done. Good rim repair work as well as very good on-wheel balancing. Prices are also decent and competitive. I'm happy to wait longer than usual for the high quality of work.

Went there and was asked to park at the end. Waited for about 30 minutes and nobody entertained. Wasting time. Go back without changing the tyre. If too busy just close your front gate. No need to waste other people's time.

Drove all the way from putrajaya to the work shop just to get some advise on changing new sets of rims face to face as contacting using whatsapp is a bit difficult. But everyone (staff) seems busy and not attending.

I went there on Christmas morning to get a scratched rim fixed and was promptly attended to by Kit (despite the busy holiday morning). Keat promised me that my rim will be fixed in an hour but surprisingly even faster than that! Fast, friendly and efficient service with a really reasonable price to match. Shah Alam Tyres is a complete car care centre - from engine maintenance to rims & tyres and from body repair to spray painting. Insurance claims services also available. Good price with professional tyres services workshop. Change new tyre here due to thread totally wear off on rear tyre, mechanic Sifu diagnose that my rear camber has prob (I didn’t even told the mechanic on my car prob). Previously I even send twice to Volkswagen service centre to check before I change my tyre (previous two tyre has been change), they couldn’t diagnose what is the prob that but keep advice to adjust on the alignment only and do tyre rotation.
