Servis untuk 1000km pertama dan selesaikan isu 'rattling' kat dalam kereta. Nampak pomen 3-4kali test drive kereta untuk pastikan isu tu hilang. Alhamdulillah selesai isu tersebut. Terbaik. Kekalkan prestasi. Servis seterusnya akan kekal di sini
They do not follow the list of service provided in the proton's app and the charge is more expensive compare to other proton service centre
The customer service also did not pay attention to customer booking details and key in the wrong information.

Their working area memang bersih. Untuk customer, ada lounge untuk tunggu kereta siap dan ada free coffee and biscuit.
Such a worst service centre ever. One time bring the car for service will give double job by bringing back the car to service centre again due to their error jobs.
Don't let them to wash your car. After done service, I asked the workers to wash the car but yesterday only I realised that infront USB charger pin lost. Only the hole is left. Such a worst service and workers.
Very bad customer service. Hantar kereta 2 kali and bagitau about problems kereta which is aircond tak sejuk and bunyi berdesing masa drive. Kereta masih under warranty. Diorang check nak tak nak je. Malas nak check. Mentang saya tak bayar sebab kereta under warranty, so diorang malas nak check betul2.2 kali hantar problem still tak settle. Bagi alasan sama - habuk. Katanya banyak habuk dekat ac filter and brake 4 tayar. Dah bersihkan tapi bagi alasan tak sempat nak test drive sebab jalan jammed. Bila tanya kenapa masih ada bunyi lagi, apek cina tu marah2 and berdengus kuat. Lol. Kalau ya pun penat or malas layan, janganlah tunjuk sangat depan customer.
Perempuan india yang dekat kaunter tu pun tak mesra alam. Jawab nak tanak. Senyum pun tak. Aiyooo
Tolonglah perbaiki servis tu. Jangan disebabkan customer mintak check kereta yang under warranty, korang buat tak endah ya! India yang dekat kaunter tu pun kalau penat nak layan customer janganlah tunjuk muka badmood sangat dekat customer lain!

Kim Ban Huat Proton authorised service center is located opposite road of McD Banting. One of their experience foreman is master in troubleshooting car problem as he managed to trouble shoot and solve a weird metal impact sound from my car.
Superb service! Very honest, professional, quick and friendly. Save a lot of time as they are well equipped with many spare parts. Also comes with a cosy customer lounge with complimentary coffee/tea while we wait.

The best place to service my Proton cars. There are a lot of service bays, most spare parts are available (no need to wait for order) and the mechanics are competent and helpful. They are adopting first come first serve basis.
No matter how big company there are, still got problems. I once bought a non ori handle and I was told ori. My own experience decided not to go there unless no choice. The service was very poor in certain aspects.
Multicultural workshop, I love to see all race working together in one workshop. They are blance between new and expert mechanics. Price competitive. Boss is very cooperative together with the mechanic resolving my car problem. Recommended to all Honda car owner to come here and service their car.
