6They told me 2 hours to complete but waited almost three hours. Costumers that came after me finished first. They also forgot to reset the service counter in the car dashboard
Please do find another dealer other than SMG Auto (Kia Bangi), they turned down my "free service and labour maintenance service" for my family's Kia Carnival during MCO last year because they told me that they have to strictly follow the mileage or service interval duration (bear in mind this was during one of the MCO period ya). In my case, I could not send my car within the service interval duration of 6 months as we were all under lockdown even though the car mileage was extremely low (car has clocked less than 2k km since the last service).
So they made me pay RM800+ for the service, which I paid in full. But it was the first and last time to go the SMG Auto (Kia Bangi) lah. For subsequent service I had no such issue with the free service claims at Kia Setapak or Kia Glenmarie.
Newly opened in Sept 2018, everything is ok just the washing not ok
Very professional when handling customers matter. Claim very easy to get and arrived but i have to wait almost 5 months to get my headlamp warranty.
Took 4 hours to service my car.it was just a normal service and it was Saturday. It wasn't busy at all. Come with free car wash, but there was no different before or after.
And.they tried to cut cost by just turning on just 1 air conditioner for the whole, big waiting room.
Friendly staff. Good service. Good facilities i.e wifi, toilet and surau (prayer room).
