Very good place to buy your KIA cars from this outlet. Bosses and sales personal are pleasant and very easy to approach. I have already bought 2 cars from this place. Do make a visit and enquire.
Heard that this is a good KIA service center, so sent for service this time around. First encounter was at the reception counter, the person's attitude was not welcoming. Gave a blank form (invoice) for customer to sign without informing why. Only when asked. After service, didn't even care to issue an invoice even though it was under warranty. Most customers want to see what were done and what repaired/changed.
FYI, it does not do wheel alignment here. Few things cannot be done on a pretext that the day is Saturday, though only a couple cars in the workshop and it closes till 6pm.
Just missed Toyota Service Center Sec 19 PJ, one of top service, when I had a Toyota last time.
When will this service center closing down, I have seen worst service center but this KIA just refreshed the new world record. Very bad and rude receptionist, no invoice or even simple explanation provided after service, doubt that do they really even service the car. Reject to fix issues under warranty and even said that they will not cover anything if their technician broken anything else during the repair. Very bad service, only potential to damage rather then fixing/servicing the car. DO NOT go to this SC, my grandmother can properly service the car better than them!
Booked a service beforehand, the PIC told to at 2 pm. When I came there they told me they couldn't service my car and had to go home for some reason. Wasted my time. Reception was very unfriendly too
Helpful staff. They will help you with your car setups when you buy your car, so when you pick up d car, it is ready with tints n other setups that you subscribed with, that is within their capability. Able to fulfil negotiations and very easy to deal with.
I just wanted to get brake stopper pad replaced as the old one broke, causing the brake light always on, it’s just a simple request, but wow.this service center really wants to bring you around the bush saying need to check the whole brake system etc, end up I go another KIA service center and got it one and done in few minutes. It’s just a simple problem to solve, this service center wasted a lot of my time.
Very bad service. Recently went to this service centre because of aircond problem, now im facing the suspension problem, the car become very bumpy after repair aircond. Before this never had a problem with suspension. When called for explanation, simply said dont know. Just like that. Not recommended at all for kia users!
The customer service there is horrible. Apart of the boss himself, other staffs there are just absurdly rude.
Quick service, although the receptionist can be a little rude, English is not her first language. So be kind and enjoy. Lounge is nothing to boast of so if you have to wait might as well head back and have a coffee nearby.
Can upgrade to nappa leather seats (RM1.7k). Ready stocks for pearl white and metal brown colour. Meet Mr, Loh for more info. Good and friendly person. Done booking.

The service is ridiculous. On several occasions the technician failed to diagnose real issues but simply change the parts as test and error and to charge to customer. Last week my car steering turn out to be very heavy after the service but they simply said it is not related to their service, and not responsible for that. I was looking for possible explanation to that because it is perfectly fine before I drive to the workshop and there is no symptoms that is has those issues. They simply run away to the issues and says "don't know".
Great experience recently dealing here especially with Mr. Loh. The location though is crowded and busy with traffic.
Mr Loh is the good and friendly guy. He give us so much explanation about the car and give extra discount and free gift too. Showroom also great with several model ready to view. The only reason for not give 5 star is the parking.its hard to find and bit narrow too.
The sales person is friendly.but the location a bit difficult to drive to especially if you coming from sri kembangan

Sales Advisor Mr Loh has been helpful since day 1. Responsive and attentive. Good service and professional. Highly recommend this dealer. No experience with the service centre yet.
The receptionists are unfriendly and talks at high pitch. Only this center do not accepts customer's minyak hitam when others do.rambling about warranty will be affected. Just changed battery but less than 6 mths already requires jump start! Will change to another center for next service.
Nonetheless, friendly salesmen. They don't force you to buy the car. They explained everything about the features of the car of interest with ease
