Was there to get the car service. Had appointment at 9am but was there by 8: 50am. Got attended to by En. Ruzaini. After advising him what I wanted to be done/checked etc, handed the key and short while later the car was in the service bay to start the process. Later En. Ruzaini came to me to explain that some things needed my confirmation before they can change them. Agreed and they proceed with the job. Short wait in the lounge and by around 11am the car was ready.
Went there to check on my car key is not functioning, mr faizzul was super helpful to answer all my questions and politely and efficiently. Thank u for the help and really appreciate it:)

Exceptional customer service. Just dropped off the car for a check up. Went smoothly and efficiently. Hope my car is ok.
Overall good service. They have a waiting lounge where it's possible to work with your laptop, and they offer tea, coffee and water.
One thing I noticed is that they like to try to fix things that are not working reliably by adding some grease or oil. It happened when my window didn't work properly, and it happened again when my sliding door didn't close reliably. Usually that doesn't work, requiring me to go for another round of service. They should fix the root cause instead, as it is a waste of customers time otherwise.
For service, they are ok but their follow up is quite bad as u always need to call back to follow up for the parts which has been booked cos they will never call u back eventhough parts have arrived. To buy new car, my advice is better look for another outlet to buy as their sales person is inexperienced and unprofessional. I have experience buying Kia new car in Sg Besi which I am very satisfied with their service but then I bought another new car in KD branch which lead me to nightmare! Their sales personnel seems like dunno what to do and always giving me information relevant or not updated. Because of his unprofessional and lack of knowledge led me to unnecessary cost spend on many things! Avoid buying new car in this outlet/branch! Better avoid that sorry.
Kia is a good car. A good service centre even elevate the owner experience. Always have good experience with the team, especially Faizzul. Knowledgeable and he know cars Keep it up
Service and the customer-facing staff are great. The reason for the low rating is that mask wearing is not enforced.
Typically a customer waiting for their car to be serviced will wait for 2 hours. Throughout this time, the staff walked to the pantry and bathroom which is in the waiting area without masks on. Only one staff member wore a mask, but at least 3 others did not. The waiting area is just a mid-sized aircon room so everyone is sharing the same air. Another customer also came in and sat with their mask down for a couple hours and no enforcement was taken.
When I went down to collect my car, a lot more staff within vicinity and sharing the same airspace were not wearing masks, except the customer facing staff who were considerate enough to don theirs.
It’s incumbent on the centre to ensure a safe environment. This lack of enforcement is highly disappointing.
Have been servicing my car here for the past year & a half and it's been great. Recommended Kia users to come service here. Friendly advisors & staff.
The staff are generally helpful and so far, haven't had issues with spare parts. They are also knowledgeable and skilled. The only time I felt they could have done better was in resolving some rattles from the boot. After 3 visits when it was not resolved, I sent it to an outside mechanic and it was solved within a few hours.

Did my service in December, promised to send my break light to Kota bharu branch but it's already 1month no update, item not sent. Called the office multiple times, calls were picked and NOT ANSWERED! Verrryyyy bad service!
My kia absorber problem solve for once.very good service. Just the parts for kia very expensive. Hope the parts price can come down lower.
I have always been pleased with their service but recently they are exceptional! The service manager seating behind the desk is instrumental and here’s a shout out to En. Ruzaini. I needed a new part, he followed up; my car ran out of battery, he and his team came to rescue, fast and efficient. He is ready to respond anytime of the day. Keep up the good work and there’s no other centre for me. Kudos!
Very friendly staff, customer lounge area complete with drinks, snacks, reading materials, computer terminal and toilet. Service time is reasonably quick. Parking is plenty both inside and outside. Very good detailed service list on what they will perform to your car.
Very nice and welcoming staff. Service is really good. The customer waiting area is quite nice as well.
Friendly and attentive service by Faizzul and team. Makes extra effort on their work. I do not mind driving 20km to have these guys work on my car. Clean and cozy lounge upstairs for your wait.
Unlike FORD service centre who nicks ALL your coins in the coins compartment, KIA makes me feel at ease with their service.
Better compared to other few kia service centres ive been to previously. Not the most perfect but so far satisifed enough. Hopefully the business will keep going and not end up like pjredcube gulung tikar already. Keep up the good job
