Cozy place for customer to wait their car being service or repair but for me the ser vice charge quite expensive. I was charged RM85 for diagnostic scanning + RM120 for miscellaneous.

Bagi aku lah kan.service kete mmg superb.customer service mmg terbaek.

Dari bengkel nya kat au2 tu.sampai la dorang pindah kat hulu klang tepi highway mrr2 tu.

Aku ni dah la cerewet.byk aje komplen nyaaa.padahal hntar kete saga flx aje pon.hahaha.

Bila hntar service.ade aje yg tak kena.bunyi sana laa.bunyi sini laa.leaking sana laa leaking sini laaa.kete bau hangit. 2 3 kali seminggu jugak la aku ke bengkel tu.

Pomen dorang relax dan penuh berhemah melayan.
Penah sekali tu betul2 leaking.tapi sekali tu aje la.
Yg lain2 tu.perasaan aku aje hahaha kejap2 hangit.

Aku ni jenis tinggal kete kat bengkel bila hntar service.hntar 9 pagi.amek jam 4.30 ptg.penah sekali duit rm4k tertinggal kat seat depan.utk beli phone baru.petang tu masa nk amek kete baru perasan.alhamdulillah duit tak hilang.terletak sama macam dari pagi nya.

Aku start hntar dari tahun 2016 dan sampai skrg 2022.

Mintak maap laa kalau panjang nauuuu karangan aku ni.
Bukan apeee.aku mmg betul2 puas hati hntar kat sini.walaupun mahal sikit.dah tentu2 selamat.semua barang ori.trusted.dan semua staff2 nya ramah buat hati relax n tenang.

Best customer service. Cuma baru2 ni je org yg hntr customer ke kereta x berapa mesra. Just ngi kunci n hntr kt pintu. Sebelum ni siap explain tunjuk kat kereta

Good informations and waiting place quite clean. Although the time taken for servicing car almost an hour, but im satisfied with the service given. Recommended for those around keramat, ukay perdana, and kemensah.

Tempat kawasan menunggu dia agak kecil tapi ada makanan disediakan seperti gula-gula dan biskut. Malangnya tiada WiFi

Pernah beberapa kali buat service di sini.ada sekali washer engine oil x betul.leaking.sampai 2-3 kali ulang alik nak solve leaking tu.menyusahkan.technician agak sloppy.x hntar kerta ke sini dah

I went there for brake pads & brake shoes check & replacing power steering fluid. However, the workmen replaced both brake shoes & replaced power steering fluid for me but on the receipt it printed: tambah brake minyak RM25. But I don’t get it when I asked that mechanic as I didn’t see his point when he said when replacing rear drum brake pumps there were oil leaks hence must top up. But the problem is: first why most mechanics will clamp the brake fluid hoses but why he didn’t? Second, when I bought a brand new brake fluid Dot 4 1 liter only cost me RM15 why he charged me RM25 just to top up?

Finally when I drove it home, I discovered my engine compartment is very clean though it wasn’t that dirty before sending it to this workshop; the issue here is the RM25 wasn’t really for topping up brake fluid but car wash plus engine wash that was why RM25.

Nowadays Malay culture has changed ever since Mahathir requested them to leave kampung to venture into cities.

40-50 years ago, social ill that wasn’t once spoilt by Malay society but since Mahathir was running the country for 22 years plus, social ill has become their norm.

I take car maintanence for granted. Sent my Saga here for servicing and received helpful inputs from the customer service on selecting the suitable Proton Care package.

Booking time slot for service here doesn't guarantee that your car will be serviced at that time slot because it will be queued to cars on previous slot.
Sometimes, they will have lots of car to service. It can take a while to service your car.
