3Im staying in this apartment since 2000 till todate. Previously there was no problem with the water supply but last 2 months ago (Im staying in Block C - 2nd Floor). Im facing this problem. Reported to the PIC of Kenanga Management and they do nothing about this. They just asked me to collect the key to check the water tank at the roof top of my apartment. I've paid RM500 to get water supply to my kitchen and now they asked me to to get the supply on my own way. How am I going to report this problem as until now nobody wants to take any compliant and action from the resident yet have to pay for the water bill every month. To which authority or any PIC can look into this matter?
The worst management…
This management have never scheduled the cleaning and the management office doesn’t take care of the cctv camera…
But the charges for maintenance is high
Sebagai dispatch saya sangat kecewa dengan sistem nombor rumah di kawasan ini. Susah nak cari, nombor skip-skip. Terpaksa pusing seluruh blok nak cari rumah yg nak pergi. Tolong lah buat label kat luar ni rumah dari nombor berapa hingga nombor berapa.
