Staff communicate is very badly, And yet boss do not want to take the responsible to bare staff's mistake. Staff state wrong price and want customer to pay for the higher price! Boss also do not want to refund or step one step back to solve the problem. And yet want customer to buy more thing to top up for the price. Is very bad experience ever to buy thing here. Never ever go this shop again! Things are expensive than other shop too! Bad service, low efficiency too!

Service very very very bad, worst experience ever with the boss and staff. Staff communicate wrong with customer but keep shirk responsibility to the staff & customer and didn't willing to take any responsibly. Wasted our time to argue with bad attitude. Wont recommend Anyone to come to this shop to purchase. The price mentioned is completely different from the price paid. It is twice as expensive. We have to bear it ourselves. We have to buy more things to get more deductions. Why should we pay if the service is not good? We spend money in his store

I gave one star for both sales person servicing toilet accessories located at second floor, the gentlemen total unfriendly and arrogant while the lady look like client never welcome into this place.but very friendly and responsive staffs at hardware dept.

I been buying things here for long time, but today the old staff I have been seen for long time the attitude is very bad. Is too bad to experience with such a rude person.

Kedai ni ada macam-macam barang. Banyak pilihan. Harga pun ada yang lebih murah dari kedai lain. Ini memang favourite kedai hardware saya. Saya sanggup datang dari Kajang jika nak beli banyak barang atau barang macam drill yang lebih mahal.

Nice hardware shop. The staffs also really helpfull. The shop is big. Almost everything is here. But a bit expensive. I just go here if i want it urgently. Otherwise, I will just buy online

Friendly and helpful.
I was looking for some small nuts (been looking for it the whole day). Most hardware shops are still closed because of CNY. The staff help me look for it and even helped place it on.

You can't go in to the shop during cmco, but there may counter outside to assist you on what you need

We can find almost anything here specifically hardware supplies and the price is quite reasonable. I bought waterjet and sanitization stuff here on this date

The best place to get anything that you need to fix your house, in general. The only downside is this shop is only open during office hours. So, you will not be able to get your materials after work or weekends. Price is reasonable and the staff knows their stuff too, so if you have no idea how to fix something, there is a good chance that they could help you with d idea on what u need to fix something.

Cant enter the shop to choose your item.only order from the staff outside the shop.consume time coz the staff need to bring out and in to get the exact item

Plenty of goods selection and the workers are helpful. So do tell them what you need and they will guide you. I find items are a little pricey but also it's a place where u can find quick fix solutions.
