I used this company to buy upgraded sway bars to enhance the handling of my Porsche. Dealt with Raymond. What a slick and professional operation. No fuss. No issues and lightening fast purchase experiance. Paid, got delivered by them to my specialist. Everything perfect first time. Even kept in touch to make sure it was safely delivered. Not only did Raymond clearly know what he was talking about but the impeccable service showed he cared about a new client that has never spent money there before. That’s professional and something sadly lacking in the car accessory world in Malaysia.
Couldn’t recommend them enough. I’ll be back when I need more parts. This should be everyone’s go to place for quality parts for cars of all males and values.

Installed BC BR for my crz, only Raymond was very attentive and helpful, the rest staff kept on pulling faces and were not so helpful at all. The staff did not know how to properly adjust the setting for my adjustable.

Unfortunately had a really poor experience. To my surprise I was told by the non friendly (arrogant / rude to be more precise) spectacled male at the shop that they are not a car accessory shop. Why do they even put car accessory shop in their signboards then?

Guess he maybe just didn't want business from a non luxury car owner.

Had a so much better experience at Brother's USJ.

Have 4 shock absorbers changed for my Mini Cooper in 3 hours. Very professional and well done job.
Highly recommend to those who looks for shock absorber advise and services. 5 stars workshop.

Was there on Wesak Day 4/5/2023 after received assistance from Ms. Kyrene to reserve a Nismo Absorber and Spring for my Almera. Installation was quick as I went there early after their opening. Told their team about possible lower arm needs replacement after car service technician informed me of the condition of the lower arm. Turns out that the lower arm parts were still okay as informed by their team to Ms. Kyrene. Kudos to the Kaki Motor team Sunway branch for their honesty and sincerity. Do keep abreast on their ongoing promotion in their FB page.

Good range of parts. Sales staff are a bit hit and miss. Some are helpful, some are knowledgable, some are rude, some have no clue what they are supposed to do.

Technical guys are quite ok.

Unprofessional technicians which have no enough self confidence to confirm the car issue. They told me we cannot confirm the problem. We only change the part. If the issue is still there, we are not responsible. Once i said you need to confirm and then change the part, they totally rejected me to repair my car impolitely.
Even one star is more than enough.
Not recommended at all.

Price very reasonable for a catalytic cleaner job.

Bad customer service. Im politely asking was being answered rudely and one word answer only. Idk kakimotor is a proud branding and they are so sure they get enough customers already.

Went in to replace spark plugs and cable.all was good, except lalamove delayed the cable. Other than that need more chairs at the lounge for waiting customer.didn't have a proper place to seat and wait.

Workmanship dramatically improved compare to 8 years ago. They used torque wrench instead of airgun to tighten wheel bolts and a supervisor (red shirt) will finalize and double check everything before hand over my car, highly recommended! Keep up this standard.

To me, this is their new place in Subang Jaya whereas they were formerly located next to the LDP which I used to frequent before. I like this place because they sell a wide variety of auto accessories, some with reasonable price especially when they want to clear their old stock which I exploited before. The staff mechanics work very fast in installing car components and this I am impressed. Highly recommended to take your time and survey the goodies in this shop because they could be some you didn’t know exist.

Good price and good service, but I am a bit against hammering a threaded bolt instead of jacking up the control arm a little while replacing front absorber. They did not have a proper spring compressor to remove and install my rear spring. Overall satisfied with their service at a reasonable price, very responsive when receiving enquiry.

Rasa macam scam, tetiba tukar harga lepas pasang. Tak bagitau sebelum pasang. Jaga2 kalau ada bagi discount ke apa.

Ok laaa. But tak banyak sangat barang banyak kena preorder. Maybe because of covid. But friendly!

Didn't have the item that I need but online sales like Lazada stated that from kakimotors is where it can be purchased.

I want to give 3 star becoz of some reason.but decide to do multiple thinking again because they're not very bossy toward me.

They provide original brake kit from nashin, good price and warranty.they also serve me well. They also let me to test first and no need to buy if not sastified, they dont make sad face or angry face if I am not ready to buy which make me feel very thankful, I will go there again without been worried and buy again for real when money is ready and sastified

Most of the item are decent quality and not cap ayam, but some minor accesory item are abit pricer than item you can find online, however the pricing is so so.not so cheap and not so super expensive.it has a new name, the most cheaperspensive price.

Thing I dont like:
- some item was promise to be deliver tommorow but it was not. Item take another few week or so.so the date was just a trick to make customer stay abit.

I will rewrite the review time to time to give full star but still a space of improvement. Should I recommed it? I can say Yes. They're collective and experieced.

Attentive, will listen and sort out price differences when online vs i -store purchase.
