38 When I reached there on 8.10am for my car service, I was told by the cleaner not to be used the waiting area coz 'saya nak mop lanrai'.

This is the worst service centre!
The staff quoted wrong price with additional charge.
You as a customer need to ask staff whether the car is ready for collect, if you didn’t ask, you will continue wait and wait and wait.
Very professional and if you made an appointment early you will get your car tested or serviced sooner rather than later. Therefore call and make an appointment.
Very poor service! Appointment 9.30am. Reach there 9am. They collect the cat 9.45am. And complete service at 2pm. What’s the point of appointment then.and the free car wash and vacuum, omg pathetic. Never vacuum properly! Won’t go there again!

Too long to wait. I came at 8 and now it's past noon. Wth is taking so long? Do you put hybrids on low priority? I kept seeing later customers leave sooner. This happens every %@$# time!

This is last dtg sini.sbb kecuaian u all, sy kena ambil halfday untuk datang balik dan pasang skru yg tertinggal.satu skru 6.00.ada 8 skru 48.00.tp sbb kecuaian ur tech, saya kena bayar dgn masa saya.bukan sy minta free.tp ada consideration sikit lah, bg diskaun ke.just as compensation untuk masa yg saya kena ambil.im so dissapointed.masa service, tayar, belt dgn filter aircond blh u all tgk.tp benda kecik mcm ni, x blh nak check.kelakar tau.but because tak blh nak toleransi.this is the last time.tq

Make appointment 9am but after half an hour consultant still yet reach to me and reason is a lot of customer. Then what is the point make appointment?
And consultant said weekend only for service not for others checking purpose?

Have been servicing my car here for the last 3 years although purchased car from Wing Hin Cheras. Have had a wonderful experience so far. My service advisor is Encik Wan Mohamad Faiz. He is professional, dedicated, thorough, and experienced. So far, every issue I've raised have been resolved efficiently and effectively. To put it simply, I have been very satisfied with my ownership experience. Don't normally take time to leave many reviews but Encik Wan's excellent service mustn't go unnoticed or unappreciated. Thank you MTR Toyota Kajang 3S. Keep up the good work please!

Worst place to come … believe it or not… service center staff show annoying face, after car check / service when ask some simple question.

To purchase a new car and trade in your old car. And do service and maintain your new and old car.
Sent my car for checking coz radio screen blackout, car had been checked for an hour and returned without fixing the problem, said unable to detect the problem and sent their report to hq then asked to wait for their call. After 3 weeks, I waited for nth so i sent my car to another Toyota service centre, they spent more than 3 hrs to find the root cause, they changed the fuse and solved the problem without any cost. I truly felt Toyota Kajang not really professional in maintenance.
