Pertama kali sy hantar kereta ke bengkel ni. Sy amat kagum dengan layanan dan hasil kerja mereka. Keep it up your good works.

Sangat ramah dan mesra bila jumpa tapi bila whatsapp tak balas balas. Kereta saya masih belum siap dan susah saya nak pergi kerja. Dah lebih sebulan dan masih belum dapat jawapan yang konkrit dari Sulaiman. Semua whatsapp saya tak dijawab. Saya tahu dia sibuk tapi semua orang tahu customer itu lagi penting. Harap kereta saya dapat siap cepat.

Never send your car here. Especially Mercedes. Orang hantar kereta elok! Dapat balik macam tong sampah! Lepas tu bagi alasan macam2. One more thing ada satu staff dia biadap dengan customer. Staff dia suruh customer berambus dengan kereta. First and the last hantar kereta kat bengkel MELAYU ni!

Friendly and helpful staff. The person who i book the appointment was helpful too. These are specialist in cars especially gearbox yet very good in other areas too. Came here because another workshop mentioned that my gearbox was faulty and need RM4,500 to fix it. After diagnosis it was the knuckle part that needs replacement. Its was only 500. Im glad I wasn't scammed with that previous workshop. This one was a lifesaver. Truly recommend

Very personalized service. What I thought was a drive shaft problem as told by another shop turn out to be engine mounting problem. They assisted in identifying the correct parts for me to purchase. Alhamdulillah Praises be to Allah indeed

Syarikat yg bagus utk penjagaan gear box dan penjagaan enjin kereta. Menyediakan khidmat yg baik dan kakitangan yg mesra.

Terdapat bekalan minyak yg cukup dan khidmat yg cepat

Datang sini utk check bunyi berdengung sebab rasa mcm ada bunyi berdengung dan berdesing. Pomen test bawa, test pecut. Katanya bukan bunyi bearing tayar, dan standard bunyi enjin campro yg mengaum/berdengung sikit. At the end pomen kata takpa, tak perlu repair, telinga saya je oversensitive, maklumlah dah lama guna perodua, sekali guna proton saga flx sensitif pulak telinga. Terima kasih pomen atas kejujuran. Definitely will come back here later to service my car.

JV Auto ni pomen dia terbaik.saya ingat nk tukar gear box, tapi che mat recommend pakai minyak treatment dulu.pengalaman masa pakai kereta livina sebelum ini gear box trouble selepas masuk minyak treatment alhamdulillah gear dh x termenung.berfungsi macam biasa.jimat duit xpayah tukar gear box.

Cost saving, friendly and helpful

Was explained the diagnosis of the probable gearbox problem and how they plan to tackle it ie by elimination - repair/replace the most likely cause first not all at once. Other parts might still be good/usable so no need to repair/replace thus save money.

I came here because of a friends recommendation. The workshop is huge spanning few lots and judging by the number of vehicles in repair, it is apparent the above may be the biggest draw why many choose to send their vehicles there.
