Good and prompt installation. Affordable for my parents and easy for old people to use, no need boil water anymore.
Good and prompt service. Whatsapp customer service is efficient and quick to respond to my inquiries.
The phone line is never answered. I urgently need to fix something and have been struggling to get hold of them for more than 2 weeks. Even the technician I dealt with before is also not responding. Very poor service.
1. After buying Leben water filter, I was not able to contact the company. I called many times but no one was answering. Also, the company did not come to change the filters after 6 months as they promised.
2. There cold water button is also pushing some warm (almost hot) water.
3. The quality of the water produced is extremely low.tastes bad.
