A stalwart of head-fi, this store has been delivering great selection of headphones, earbuds, all the periferies, plus fantastic service to help customers find the right fit. Products range from just under RM100 to several thousand depending on your appetite.
There are branches in other locations including KL Sentral, but this the first branch still has the most goodies and best service.

Tested Sennheiser hd4xx and 6xx series over there, wanted to try the 5xx series but too had they don't carry them. Owner is super nice, aside from introducing me to the products at the beginning he didn't bother me once for the 1 hour I was there. Definitely would recommend.

The staff are fairly knowledgeable about their products. You can try them before buying been here a couple of times.

This is so far the best shop for all audiophiles. Very helpful and informative customer service. I have to say, a customer mist have a planned out decision and motive before going into JABEN. This will only enuance your experience in this ear pounding heaven. Another side note, TAKE AS LONG AS YOU LIKE TO TEST ALL THE EARPHONES before making a decision. The staff will not rush you to buy something instead they will ask if you are having a pleasant experience. However, I do hope that they had much more brands and models to be reviewed. Overall, I had an amazing time and sublime experience while I was there.

Horrible service provided.

Went there the other day to ask about some in ear headphones. The guy in charge was very rude, didn't bother to answer the questions asked.

In the end, I went to other shop that provided me with much better service to buy what I wanted.

Quite a small shop. But the variety of audio equipments sold is surprisingly large. Can get to test some models before buying. Fairly good salesman giving some useful advice. Things sold can be very cheap when there's a promo. Overall quite a nice shop to visit.

Helpful staff. Good range of brands and models to choose from. Patient staff who let you try out. Good for serious headphonists.

Best little headphone shop around the area. Parking maybe an issue due to the proximity to the shops, offices and colleges around. Maybe a good idea to come after office hours. Staff are extremely knowledgeable on all areas related to the reproduction of music off your ear buds or cans. Has a very good and wide selection of products and they are a dealer for Beyerdynamic range of headphones and mics.

Vast choice of headphones with varying prices and quality, and friendly, helpful staffs there. Good place to get premium/budget headphones or headsets, amplifiers, or other sound systems.
