Technician Wayne is very attentive and helpful, he is also very friendly. What I like most about Wayne, he confidently diagnosed and give a few possibilities of scenarios from the cheapest cost repair to the most expensive part if needed to be changed.

Happened to be, my phone got sea water in it because I went swimming with it yesterday. My phone can switch on but no response to the touchscreen which is concerning. After he dismantle the phone to check, he was confirmed there is sea water corrosion inside which witnessed by me.

He suggested to do clean and service to the phone which I did, it took around 45 mins to 1 hour. While doing it he answered all the chatting questions that I curious about the phone and shared the information willingly.

Overall, after the process, my phone functions as good as before. Very happy with the service provided with honest pricing. Kudos to team iService for giving their best to the customers!

My father’s phone has some technical issue but the boss settle for us for free and explained how’s the issue has happened. Much appreciated for his effort and will definitely go back to this shop for his service next time.

Change battery phone here. Seller made a confusing explaination about battery changing. With battery health RM250 without battery health is RM200. He said the batery is original but at my phone cannot detect the orginality of the battery.
Have to make him explain after batery was change, and seller said there's a chance 10%-15% some component in my phone were cut during the battery chaging. Why not said early? And he charge me RM200. The cut he made cannot fix even i replace with another original battery (thats what seller explain to me).
Such manipulated seller and bad service i was experience.

Change Ribbon for volume button malfunction, cost RM 100, same day pickup. Volume button function as normal.
