Bad service ever!
Never let customer test drive, and after test drive they said need to purchase the car or else can’t test drive.
Today me and my friend went here, the sales girl name Eileen serve us and saying that we can't test drive. Furthermore she force us to book booking by tonight 12am. Or else the price will increase dramatically of extra RM 3000. The car we are seeing is a Nissan. Cost only 30 thousand.
During the sales process, the sales girl suspect us don't have money to buy and do a histroyy background check of us.
The aircond of the car is not functioning
When we asking the solution, they said they will not responsible for this. Ask us to solve ourself.
The car advertise at RM29K on 14 April. I went 17 April. The boss is saying promotion is over. Threaten us to book today or else the otw car price will increase to RM 38K.
Very disappointing experience. I travel from kajang to kota Damansara, with booking fees ready and my loan documents ready. However this experience have cost me not trusting in used car dealer.

Very bad service.you as a customer paying for the processing fees but you will have to travel here and there to sign your document.thing you complain about the car before you collecting that car will be ignored or they will tell you is like that which trying to blame the part.the worse thing is THEY FORGET thing that very important such as moving NCD from the other car at the very last minute.my last advice for new customer.please bring mechanic to inspect the car before choosing and check again before signing any document or collecting the car
