10Lousiest customer service ever. Edifier should cancel any partnership. Both telephone number doesn't work. My MP260 speakers had a defected battery, its been 2 weeks now, no one contacted me, no way for me to contact them. Rubbish company.
Not a good place to work. Very negative and emotional atmosphere. Blaming culture passsed on from the boss and poor management skill. Doesn't appreciate employee contribution. Management doesn't know talent's skills. Simply terminate employee if boss not happy.
Send my edifier earphoen for repair and they attended my warranty very quickly, easy to deal with and helpful staff here, and also very responsive on shopee chat. Great distributor and will buy stuff from them again.

The people there are polite (i was talking to Ken). They quickly looked at my Edifier tws nb2 pro and replaced it with a working one.
I am highly unsatisfied with the service provided with this place. I came across a faulty Edifier TWS 1 pro set, and therefore I have come to claim my warranty. The first visit was because of a problem on which my right earbud keeps on unpairing with the left. The issue was soon resolved within a week, I was made aware that they had replaced the right earbud for me, but when I got it, I've noticed that the replacement bud looked pre used and has a glossy look to it. To be honest I didn't mind that much, but in a week or so of light use, problems started to appear, both earbuds will unpair from time to time with my phone, and more often than not the buds would need some tapping before turning on (sometimes taking more than a few minutes]. Therefore today, 13 December 2021, I went to to their location to request a claim of warranty.i was greeted by whom I assume is a customer service provider by the name of Tan Yau Kent (same guy from the first visit). He ask the usual questions like what's the issue, shopee purchase code and what not. But I totally lost it when he put MY, keep in mind MY earphones in his ear for ''testing''. As you already know this is 2021, not 2019. It is already disgusting enough to put someone earphones as there is earwax or sweat. But I think he forgotten that we now live in a time where COVID can be transmitted so easily. Im ok with him testing it, but im not ok with it being in his ears. He spend roughly around 5 min fidgeting the buds in his ear, and the funny thing is he said he have to let the technician check. In other words he could not do anything regardless whether he found a problem or not. On the warranty claim form, he wrote the exact same issue with my device which is problem with connectivity of right earbud (which is no longer the issue). This incident made me question Inter-Asia and its employee's SOP and safety. I sincerely hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

Had to get my ear buds fixed, soon I called up and set an appointment. Once I have reached, they quickly took a look at the product and tried to find out the problem. Within 10 minutes, they spot the problem and quickly offered a solution. Left the place as an satisfied and happy consumer.

These people are not bad, went to claim warranty for my earphones. Checked around 5 minutes, then they didn't even talk that much. Replaced with a new one. The place is a bit gloomy, but warranty service was straight to point which is what I want
