Senang berurusan kat sini class pon tak perlu tunggu lama. Tapi first class dapat cikgu tak best. Class pertama mesti laa ramai yang tak mahir and zero knowledge. Tapi cikgu tu duk main fon tngok tiktok kat tepi siap tidur tuu. Budak tak buat dgn betul marah2. Nasib boleh tukar cikgu lain class yg seterusnya. Alhamdullilah dapat cikgu yang baik and ajar dengan cara yang betul. So okey je sini cuma kalau rasa tak okey belajar dengan cikgu tu tukar je cikgu lainn. Baru laa belajar tak stress

It's sort of a coinflip here. The first ceramah teacher (indian man) was good but the second one (old man) was boring. One time I text them through Whatsapp and it's fine, another time it's just rude. The driving instructor I got was good but not punctual, I believe this applies to not just my instructor. However, I think driving instructor agents are punctual. Also, on the day of my jpj test, I was taking my number and asked the Chinese lady at the counter where to pin it. She said "你觉得leh? " (What do you think?) Very rude.

Driving instructors are not friendly at all, very short-tempered, egotistical, some tak buat kerja betul2 pon.really really not recommended (trust me) 2 stars pon sebab driving facilities are nice and price affordable. Kalau sanggup menghadap some staff yang tak berapa excellent, boleh lah

Elok sediakan mikrofon & speaker kat beberapa tempat untuk test JPJ. Lagi convenient untuk calon test yang ramai & tak perlu jerit untuk panggil.

Very bad services…the teacher (Indian teacher) is not good.suppostly dah nama pon cikgu mesti la tugas mengajar.banyak MENGULAR

I spend a whole day at there. I arrived at 9am and waited 2 hours for my turn. I go back at 7pm.
The service is so bad. At first, I said that I want to take auto, but then she registered manual for me. So, they gave me another text book for auto but then their face like unwilling to give me and the book was drenched with rain. They also did not tell me when is my jpj test. I need to call them then they only say. The agents are not punctual at all. They said 7.30 will arrive but then 8.00am something only arrived, especially when jpj test. We all late and scolded by jpj. I tested two times. The second time she said I need to wait for 2 weeks to retest. OK. The day before the test, I double check whether is there really a test for me tmr and she said NO, need to wait for another 2 weeks. I waited for 1 MONTH. How can they just say nothing? If I didn't call, then is it I just wait for u there a whole morning? Further more, she said that 2-3 days will receive the P license, but then my friends and I waited for 2 weeks. I need to call them then they only give.

The surau is too small. Does not feel like islamic places. Then, the teacher for kti test is very fierce, makes me stressed while driving. This is not a good place to learn, but a good place if you want to have a stressful life. I think this does not go with the charter of this institute which is "serve you with a smile", but I can't see even a smile. Bad services.

You have to spend your whole day here waiting for your turn. I reached at 9am and only get to go back at 5pm while only drove for 2hours.

They provide students with a website and login id for them to practice the kpp test. Price is cheaper than other driving academy.

Regarding the services they provide, they deliver. So there is no concerns about reliability. Just be aware of the daunting waiting time. It's unpleasant to wait for literally hours on end. I came at 9, left at 6, and only spent 4 hours driving. However, it's necessary evil, I suppose.
