Just collect my car from repaired, so far a good experience liase with Mr. Lim, everything goes smooth and well.

Very professional team of customer service and technician, in comparison, they charge almost the same like other normal workshops, but cost can be very high when you want replacement of your gearbox/engine or other main spare parts, however I prefer to bring my car here when having any major issue as they are more capable of diagnosing and rectifying the issue as they are Hyundai car specialist

Pro:
1) walk in or appointment based
2) technician wont simply ask you to add unnecessary parts unless its really needed
3) Technician is flexible and willing to work with you as your budget and preferences (they dont force you)

Cons:
1) cost is very high depending the job and it may even goes above your car market value sometimes (however your car feels like new car and you good to go for few years more without issues)

Sent my Santa Fe here for first few times of free service. Good service from CSR. Work quality so far so good. I will update my rating here from time to time to monitor their work quality and whether item is overprice when im free to do comparison. Lounge is upstair with good privacy if there is no one else. Toilet is rundown but cleanliness is acceptable. Limited drinks. No tidbits. Movies not updated. No desk for laptop. Will give 5 if tidbits, more entertainment and desk are provided.

Customer servis sangat ramah dan terangkan apa isu kereta serta recommended fix. Set appointment jam 12, sampai - sampai kereta terus dibawa masuk untuk check, tak perlu tunggu turn etc. Customer lounge pun selesa. Service charge reasonable dan overall a good choice to make the work. Siap dapat free gift!

Pros: fast service, spare parts ready. Full day open on Saturday.
Cons: no car wash service, labour charges at higher side

This work shop hunydai bdr puteri cannot be trusted I used to go the workshop next 101 mall puchong but need to book early for appointments so I go to bdr puteri puchong which can walk in any time. I have been there few times n recently I found out they r honest. So I stop going there now.

Hyundai service centre. Very good personnel, I am regular customer here. Have complete confidence in the way they handle my car.

Good service. Able to advice via telephone for minor breakdown. I had issue recently with key transponder.

If you are looking for genuine service, not like other workshops that will try all ways to knock you (make you change everything), this is the place.
