Where is this place actually? Do you guys actually exist? I tried calling many times but no response at all. Bad experience for me just trying to locate their place.

Worst Customer Service EVER! I have been trying to call them for 1 hour. 20 mins - call dropped, 27 mins - call dropped and now 22 mins. I have been the first in line since the beginning. It means there is only 1 person in their customer service, sleeping from home. Shameful

Very useful for anyone who is busy and has no time to renew road tax. Everything at the fingertips. The service charge you pay for is well worth it. Quick service, road tax is sent directly to you and only takes 2 days. My 3rd time using their service.

Commendation to liza and faten.

The service is okay but what need to be improved here is the system. I was charged for second time for stamp duty even tho the stamp duty only should be charged once after when there is no record on the system. Anyhow other than that issue all is well.

Very responsive to any request or quotation that you ask online. Fast reply except after 5pm. Runner service also very fast. Today order new insurance + road tax, today arrive at home. Can pay through online banking or with credit card. Super recommended for vehicle insurance renewal.
