I went here to look for second opinion after Honda SC quoted 17k for major repair of my suspension and to resolve knocking sound at front and steering for my CRV.

One of the foreman, Mr Sky had a test drive together and managed to pin point the problem immediately.

1. The part price is competitive as I cross checked the part price over the internet. Sky also clarified in the quotation which part is original, OEM or local common parts. I like the transparency shown here.
2. The time taken to repair my car was 2 days which is quite fast for a major repair.
3. We had a test drive again before handover and I asked them to show me all the old components that they replaced and Sky is more than happy to show and explained each of the components he replaced.
4. Compared with SC, I noticed SC people run the check by the book and manuals, while people here is through experience. SC tends to ask us to change everything to solve the problems while people here will show me which part is broken, had wear and tear etc. Overall spend RM7.5k and changed only necessary components and the problem resolved.

Come back here for a service @ 160,000 km. I’ve been sending my car to SC all these while and this is my first time sending my CRV to external workshop for service. I asked for Sky to attend my car. He delivered as usual. Thoroughly checked my car before provide the quotation. Even show me inside of engine block condition by using micro camera.

*I really recommend this workshop for Honda user. It would be better if you have a basic understanding of car components to appreciate their capabilities. I went extra mile to cross check the part price after they give quotations and so far their part price is similar/cheaper than in internet.

I call them Dr. Honda. Nothing they can’t do. Trust them with your baby, pickup the next day. Slightly exp, but hey, they provide original honda parts anyways.

Friendly personnel. Thoroughly explained the issues at hand to me who knows not so much about cars. Recommended.

Not sure about quality of their workmanship.

But their staff attitude is horrible.

Was outside their workshop, waiting for them to open. A lady drove up and wanted you to move (seems like it's her personal parking spot).

Obliged but what happen next is worst. A worker later came and park is bike just inches away. And walked off.

Well, I drove off to other workshop.

Was here for my Civic FC periodic CVT Transmission service. The mech here knows what he's doing. Which screws in, which screws out, he knows exactly what to do! Recommended to all Honda owners.

The best service center, professional handwork skill and fast service they have settle problem on my car. All of them also very friendly.

I have been using these guys for a few years now, and I find them very professional, can be expensive at times, but these are Honda specialist.
