64This is my 5th service with Honda. But 1st time visiting setia Alam’s branch. I need to say that they did a very good job. I was very satisfied with their service and especially Mr Aizat’s customer service. The centre was crowded on Saturday. I came with no appointment and yet it didn’t wait long to hand over my car key. They were very quick. I was given a private space to use my laptop and I was very happy with the overall environment. I recommend
Terrible service by technician causing the undercarriage cover of the car to be displaced. Argue with service advisor the part should be replaced by the service center but still insist on putting the blame on customer and customer needs to bear the cost. Clearly the part was not installed properly, the clip was not in placed. Will not send to this center ever again.

Fast service, no pushing for addons, come early, leave early. Kuih and teh tarik for breakfast.

Very bad experience. I would give 0 star if the option is available. Staff is not friendly and the foreman did not fix the problem with my honda city door. Foreman reported the problem to Honda, but until now (2 months have passed) no follow up. Please avoid this service centre

A very unpleasant experience at Honda Setia Alam. Sent my car for service on Saturday and informed them on my passenger side window issue. The service advisor has take note on it. However, when i collected my car, the issue didnt fixed at all and the service advisor asked me to resend my car. I am unable to come on weekday for checking. Request to come on weekend but has been rejected as according to the front desk, my last service appointment on Saturday is just for service, not checking, Then what is the purpose of sending the car for service if can't highlight the issue of the car. OMG totally not logic. Wasting customer precious time.
One of the best Honda Service Centre. A state of the art dealership. They do have a variety of special services. It is the place to go for your Honda cars.
Very poor sales service from an old chinese aunty. Keep pushing the vehicle without let you to test drive the car. Have to insist before she would offer test drive. Keep saying others just buy without trying.
Today came to pick up my friend who’s doing his Honda car service, while waiting at customer waiting area, the Honda supervisor was introducing there have RFID fitment for all customer even I’m not driving Honda also can apply RFID, they also doing good service to non Honda customer! Good job
Lousy customer service. They never bother to reply WhatsApp for booking appointments and don’t honor the service appointments bookings made via the Honda touch app. Definitely one of the poorest service centres of Honda, hope the management improves soon.
Poor service. Left the car over for a service and check up on my wire after being bitten by rats. Unfortunately, they didnt do anything.

1. Send my car for dashboard warranty claim for 3 times, but problem never solved. Thy put sponge inside dashboard, the sponge tear off before reach home jus after repair and the same problem repeated for 3 times.
2. Send my car absorber warranty claim, just 6 month spoil again after change absober.dont know they use new absober or change 2nd and claim the new 1 at honda malaysia. Worst service center
Ive been regularly here since almost 4 1/2 years.but this time they really disappointed me.
Requested for an appointment at 11am, they gave me 830am. Told them i couldn't make it at 830am since i got a few errands to run for. They persuaded me and even told me it's ok if i couldnt make it 830, just TRY. Otherwise they said i can come at 11am like i requested.
Which i did came at 1030am, end up being rudely treated by the frontdesk guy, andthey skipped my number when calling.
Honestly, if it's not because of the warranty period, I'd be long gone from this SC.

Deal with Isaac. Very friendly and helpful. Recommended him as your sale assistant person. Superb post sale services. You wouldn't regret. There is one case my windscreen break and need the geran copy but i'm away from home. He help me to get it. Very very helpful.
Not satisfied. Going to showroom to see new city, unfortunately no salesmen approved us even after being there for 15 - 20 minutes. In the end, just go back. Better go to other showroom instead. Very bad service.
I still continue my crv services here after warranty has been expired. The staff is very warm. I want to thank mr ENG YUM TECK service advisor for his good advice and show his respect to me. Congrats.
