Customer service was excellent. We were attended to immediately as we entered. After a few minutes, another staff escorted us to examine the car thoroughly before the service commenced. As it was our car's first service, it was ready in no time.
One suggestion tho that maybe nasi lemak or mee siam could be provided for customers waiting

Really regret send the car service here, the first time service car here also almost like that, but the guy told my husband due to car high spec should spend more, due to first time we also keep quite. The second time service here, we had asked for quotation, only cost about rm4+, after bring the car there to service they recommend the additional items says that if we didn't do then the waranty will void.so I add on then cost rm7+, the lastly after 3 hours of service she finally hand over the car says that my car batery is weak and the document printed in the hand already written that customer don't agree to change. She even did not ask me.but printed like that.the time taken for service is 3 hours only for normal service. Need to look for a other service centre which is good.

If you’re looking to get a Honda Car, you should look for Mons. Her after sales service is great & efficient! She is always super attentive to any of my doubts & questions, eventhough its been 4 years since I purchased my car.

I have completed my regular car services, repair works, and claiming warranty parts at this centre with Bryan as well. He is efficient and keeps me updated on the progress for every single service/ repair. For warranty parts, he thoroughly checks and made sure everything was in perfect condition before asking me to come for replacement.

Overall, I had a really good experience with this centre and will always come back here for future services and repair works!

Let me just say first, I had some high expectation with Honda workmanship and service quality as I have previously own a different car brand before.

I sent my car here to repair the bonnet after being hit from behind. Although it was slightly dented, the whole bonnet had to be replace. I didn’t mind this part. What I’m not satisfied is the workmanship. After they reinstall the bonnet together with the spoiler, they gave 4 days warranty for any defect. Unfortunately, the bonnet start to rattle a week later. It was very subtle at first so I didn’t notice it within 4 days. But next week, the rattle and shaking become louder up to a point it as if the car is 10 years old. Apparently the spoiler/bonnet was not installed properly and probably gotten loose. We mentioned it the service centre but it was already more than 4 days, so any repair would incur extra cost.

Not only that, I was told to submit the insurance claim form physically at the insurance office. The staff there was so surprised to see me, they said it was unusual for workshop to ask client to submit by themselves. Usually other workshop would help submit the form for the client.

With the workmanship quality I would give 1 star but since the waiting period is short I will give 2 stars.

Overall I had a good experience and im very satisfied with the service from Tenaga Setia Resources. Special thanks to salesperson Kenneth Choo for attending and helping me to get my car. He’s very professional and I am very happy for his good service. Great work and keep it up

First visit for car service. Waiting area is spacious and staff is friendly. Helped to fix some minor issue on the seat.

I called up few times today 22/6/23 around 12.15pm. And I was put on hold for more than 15 mins and yet no one picked up my call. What a terrible service? I wonder o receptionist or evertone too busy or not enough staff?

Walked in on 13 Nov 22 to check out the new hybrid HRV and Ms. Shamla attended to us. Informative, without being overbearing and pleasant to deal with. Arranged for a test drive on another date as it was raining. After the test drive on the 26 Nov, wife put down the deposit!

Great service team. Especially highly rated to Spray Paint accident department Manager Ang and Kee. Only thing WE need to have as customers is *patience. *. For them to repair and documentationS. Appointment need to make one to two months ahead for service. Just like Good food and Service in Food restaurant, do customer need to wait? And queue long?

The worst nite mare with car servicing and workshop I ever been! My car dealer also insurance agent sent me here. Before coming, the lady was very sweet to advise everything, what to do and what NOT to do in police station when my car was 'banged' by someone. After lodging report, 2nd day was sent here
Nite mare begun. Was told to wait for Mr Ng the Claim Consultant! When he appears, asked me where is my car, checked my car and told me, need months to wait for repair! As many of the stocks NOT available.
Explained I needed fast as kena cari makan with my car. Suggested I repair there and pay cash!

Asked me a very stupid question, if I have budget to repair! Told him I don't have, need to borrow from friends if too costly

Guess what he responded, This place is NOT Suitable for you and walked away!

Wonder if I am treated in this manner as I don't have $$$ to repair or that's the way the BIG Boys work?

Salesperson here. I am speechless. Walk in 2 times nobody serve and few of them sitting at the counter.

Genuinely wanted to buy a new car and was DENIED test driving simply by saying no production and long waiting list (while the sales scanning you up and down).

Looks like they don't need more customers and not hungry for sales.

SOP is observed, and appointments required st this point. Processes are quite quick and efficient. The waiting area is back in business so you can wait while your car is ready.

Mind you to check the job sheet/list, the sales engineer may topup additional services outside of your standard service - and it will cost ya.
P/S: Topup service can be more than original service.

Walked in to this showroom, only 1 honda city placed in there, no one bothered to serve, dont even talk about greetings.
Left with disappointment after standing there 5 minutes, as we can't get any help, and also nothing to see

Nice environment. Maybe I dont look rich. I walked in and came out. Total time 15 mins. None of the sales people bothered to even ask if I like what I saw. I can be just free roam in there to test all the cars haha. That can be good for some but bad for business.

Its central location is good. But waiting is long thy can make the waiting area a bit mo comfortable the half back chairs are not gd for resting. The rest rooms are v clean n well maintained. Generally the service is gd thts even aft warranty i stii service at this place. The dwnside was i complained of a rattle on bumby roads n up to now thy xan t fix it

Called them for car checking, most slots were full hence it took weeks for my turn. Nevertheless, the waiting area is pretty decent - no more coffee & snacks unlike the early days pre-pandemic. The car handling is quite professional, they will cover you driver seat & steering wheel. For overnight checking, the person-in-charge will call you once a day for updates.

In April 2022, I went in, not to buy a car. I was there to company my partner looking for his car.
I came out with an intention to buy one for myself.
It was the attentiveness, the willingness to assist and product knowledge by Ivan Loh that sparked my desire to replace my old car. He's patient with our enquiries.
Unfortunately, due to unforseen circumstances, I had to put the intention on hold for 2 months.
As fate has it, I got the car today. It's a birthday present to myself. My partner had the car tinted and dashcam installed as his gifts to me.
