I just sent my car for service on Thursday (appointment 9.30am) then suddenly the car broke down on Saturday. I am disappointing as they claim everythg is good.

Set appointment pukul 8am via whatsapp (slot pagi bermula jam 8am). Diminta datang 15 minit awal kalau lewat 30 mnit kena buat appt baru tapi business hours 8.30am ‍️‍️‍️

Nice place to have your car service. Staff is friendly. They provide refreshment (all kind of nasi lemak, meehoon, teh tarik & etcetera) while waiting the car to be service. Though previously when I came, they only have self service coffee machine. So this is considered improvement. I think they are under staff because comparing to service center in Shah Alam, after service they'll clean the car FOC. That is packing in here.

SA yg sgt friendly dan sgt membantu menjawab setiap pertanyaan dengan jelas. Inform customer dulu sblm tukar any parts yg broken. Tidak memaksa cust if cust taknak tukar recommendation items.
