Give 2 stars because the staff is friendly. However, it takes an hour but charges for two hours. That's clear and real. Hopefully the others are ok hehe
I had problem with my 2 month old HRV i.e. Smart Entry System Problem. I sent my car at Global Amity Bangi on 4 Dec 2023 @ 9.15 am. I got the call from the technician at 4.15pm that my is ready for collection.
Unfortunately, when I arrived to collect my car, was told by the technician that the Entry System cannot be fixed as the antenna was missing. He claimed that my car might have been hit by other car, and I cannot claim under the warranty.
My frustration/dissapointment:
1-Why they informed the car is ready but actually not.
2-Why it took them 7 hours just to inform that my car has been hit and the antenna was missing
3-Who verified the car was hit, no obvious damage at the back of the car. Just a small scratch!
4-Why HONDA car was so fragile that the antena can easily be ripped off and go missing just by a small hit?
I need explanation
AFTER A WEEK, I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY SATISFYING EXPLANATION FROM GLOBAL AMITY ALTHOUGH ITS PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER, MS NADIA HAD EARLIER RESPONDED THAT SHE WILL GET BACK TO ME "VERY SOON". I JUST WONDER WHAT "VERY SOON" MEANT FOR GLOBAL AMITY. ITS SO FRUSTRATING. HOW MUCH MORE TIME THAT I NEED TO WAIT?
After 2 weeks, still no response from GLOBAL AMITY. Please Nadia, you promised to come back "Very Soon"
Bad service at ioi shopping mall, new car CRV has been locked. Disappointed for honda service at Bangi.
I purchased my car from this dealer branch of Honda. Showroom is on the upper floor whereas the service center is downstairs.
Overall the staff is good and helpful. But difficult to reach them via call for any service related questions/update so WhatsApp is preferred for communication and appointment. They've different packages related to car maintenance.
Showroom is not that big, at the most 3 - 4 cars are there for display. They're on time when it comes to new car delivery but they are decorating the car for new delivery (like ribbon on the car or so).
Not reliable, bad service.
They collected the booking fee, demanded Bank LOU, last minute told you "no stock" without a reason or even an apology. Then asked you to wait for weeks for the refund of booking fees.
Sale advisor was rude and back office staff was unhelpful. The Head of Sales never return your call to explain.
Pros: After a three-month wait, I finally received my Honda CRV. SA is helpful in getting the vehicle as soon as feasible.
Cons: Since the vehicle was purchased from another dealer, it is necessary to take it there. Car fuel is only good till the next gas station.

Very good. Been using this company's service for almost 9 years now. Even though i live in Kelana Jaya, i dont mind going to Bandar Bar Bangi to service my car. Keep-up the good work n system.
Always whatsapp them for your service appointment and arrive on time. They provide simple free breakfast for those who are waiting for their car. However do check what is suggested quoted in the servicing. There is no nee dot have engine was or engine flush every service interval.
I called Global Amity the other day and the operator was so nice, she spoke very clearly, very professional. Good job!

1.23th May 2022 - Received new car with rusty spot at bonet. Report to our salesperson in ws but she didnt take any action until we came in person to make report on 30th May 2022.2. We took our car early but our salesperson said the accessories still in progress.
3.its almost a month, last week our salesperson said can come today to get our accessories. But when we came, not organize and synchronize ever! The service reception didnot even know we need to come today. The accessories is still out of stock. And whatsmore, even our salesperson not here due to outstation! She didnot even reply our call and ws after she said we can come today.should at least let any of the colleagues know we come to get the accessories. We dont really have leisure time for this kind of nonsense. HONDA, YOU HAVE NO RESPECT with people time at all!
4. Even the report is still pending after 2 weeks.
5. If we still get bad treatment, we will escalate this to HONDA HQ, KPDNKK and tribunal pengguna.
For those who going to buy from this dealer, please aware of this kinda of problem.
1. Make sure to NEVER receive the new car without the accessories (if any) and thoroughly check all parts.
2. Get a good salesperson, not the chipsmore type or not professional.
Came here to view new Honda cars. The sales person attending to us was kind and helpful. Bought my current Civic at this outlet and I came here to service my car since its first service till todate
Went there once for service. Limited car parks and have to circles the building for 5 - 10 mins. Only accept drop off car, which means you have to come alone (get GRAB/TAXI later) or with another car (friends or spouses). No waiting allowed. I think if customers come alone, why not ask them to wait with proper rest area like before Covid? With proper SOP practices of course. One of the guy, suggest me to change the oil types I use for my car and now I feel not worth it at all. Carwash is charged, did not remember the amount exactly but more than RM12 and not less than RM20. Overall, ok but I hope you guys improve more in future.
One of Honda Malaysia top dealer, Service centre. Ample parking space. Easy to access.

I've been told that car service will take about 2hr 30m, service appointment at 10, I arrived before 10am.unfortunately almost 2pm, still haven't hear anything whether it's done or what. New SOP can't wait. As a long distance relationship with my hubby it seem quite difficult for me as my kids stay with me and they have to be alone at home. I already been at mall nearby almost 2hrs. Hope global amity to consider ur client situations. Inform us if service period take longer time. This is my second time experience, and the first time they said will improve.
I gave 4 star for services here and zero star for car wash.
I changed my car key batteries and it cost me RM13.95 for 2 unit of car keys.
I then send my car for washing and it cost me RM15.90 (including tax) but I am not happy once I got my car back.
I did not satisfy for the service given as my car was not washed well. I still can spot stains on my car as they just pour a bucket of soap and water onto it.
I had lodged my complaint to the service advisor regards this.
Bad servis.appoinment pukul 9.30 tapi pukul 11.30 kereta masih berada ditempat parking sama.masih belum buat apa2.customer yg datang lewat ada yg dh siap servis.
My appointment was at 11.30am and was told my car would be ready by 5.30pm (though not a major service?). When I came at 5pm, my car was still on waiting list, behind other 3 cars. What kind of appointment is this? Maybe I was not lucky but good customer service seems not present in this service centre. I expect the service centre to honour the booking time.
Visited twice for service. Will never coming back. Waiting hours are ridiculous even for a normal service, after service my car really feel funny, no pickup and all. I decided to send it to another Honda Service Centre at Cheras after <6000km run, I cant accept just how bad it feels. Another appointment, send different car on early morning, with appointment, at almost 5pm still no news, have to called many times, said want to return call, never call back. Taking full payment for battery, but have to wait stock to arrive, 4th weeks and still no news. The parking to drop your car is very2 limited, sometime have to make turn 2-3 rounds. I will never service my car here, and will not recommend it to any of my friends/family too. Cheras is much better.
