20Had a good SA that was willing to spend time, giving us a test drive and taking us to view a few different paint colours at their stock yard. Unfortunately, I was not ready for a commitment; may hv regretted to miss a good year-end offer
The Biggest Honda Sales and Service outlet in Glemarie and Subang Area. Spacey showroom, friendly to welcome you. Free drinks and titbits served. Parking jockey available to ensure you get a parking slot.
They’re quite fast. I came in for routine service, and i moved my appointment from one day to another. I didn’t get a confirmation text or whatever for the change, so i was considered a walk in during a full house. But it was ready in 2.5 hours anyways.
Free nasi lemak and drink while u wait for ur service.
Free shuttle service to nearby.
But i hope the service time could be faster.
Low level sales advisor, not sincere in explaining car info.
Limited cars available in showroom for viewing. Ended up view car outdoor, not really pleasant experience.
Overall, bad experience. I advice if you ever wanna visit Honda showroom, go to a bigger Honda dealer.
Worst service ever! Sales person Desmond advised he’ll get my car in 2 months confidently. Then every month after the 2 months he kept giving excuses and it has been 5 months still couldn’t get the car! I cancelled with this place and got my car within a week elsewhere!
Good honda branch. Bought a car here recently. Sales advisor Jimmy kok really responsive, fast and reliable. Also lots of freebies. Can find him at the showroom.
Sent my car for service and told them something was wrong on my steering wheel. Then the said can be done in one day but can pick up the next day. But when i called they seem blur and suddenly became more than 1 day. Didnt even have the courtesy to call me to inform.and when i go to the service centre the sales advisor alrd went home. It was 4.30 ha ha ha

Had a pleasant sales with John. He was so nice and helped us through the entire process from booking the car and getting the car in our hands. Completely recommended. Please look for John. Super humble and nice guy to deal with.
As always this service centre have the most friendliest n courteous staffs. They always greet customer with a smile no matter what. Noticed that all waiting area sittings have plugs for us to charge our gadgets which is very thoughtful of them. Keep up the good work.

The worst sales dealer and service centre, during collection of the car, there’s already deep scratches on passenger door and I was told that is just normal gum, after inspection at coating centre, found out more paint defects, the car was not checked upon registering and reluctant to take any responsibility, is a waste of money to get a honda here or even the brand itself, lousy qc at factory and irresponsible after sales service.
Filed claim against them and honda malaysia for rear spoiler defects and rear bumper, came back with an answer that honda rejected the claim for their defects, that’s it, the service centre ask me to deal with SA, service at HZN really mantap, didn’t even bother to resubmit the report as the picture they took for warranty is not clear and stated only one out of 3 reasons that had been given to them.
Recommended SC so far. Nice staffs. Spacious waiting area. Lots of counter and service very fast (depending on what issues). Also provides foods and drinks to the customers.

Except they didn’t lock my car bonnet.
I realised after I drove from Selangor to Seremban, luckily there’s no accident.
Sent for service for the first time here, and it’s gonna be the last time! I followed the sticker reminder given to me, was delayed just for a week, usually other service centres I went the still count it with in time because still with a week or under the millage, the consultant can’t even check the information properly and charged me for labour fee when it should be free! The cashier “so called explaining the situation” made it worse! Not sure what’s all the good review is about, the place is just full of people without proper training!
The sales advisor (chinese male) got 0 knowledge on all the honda cars
Im not sure is it because he thinks im unable to afford the car so he doesn't want to serve me or he just too lazy to provide service
If he thinks himself is so rich then what for still working for Honda? Should become the boss of Honda
He can't even answer a simple ques regarding to the car and keep asking me to read the brochure
What is the purpose of hiring sales advisor then? Since he knows ntg and wanted me to read brochure myself
So ya, in the end i ordered a new car from another branch
Great and efficient service centre. Guest lounge area has a water dispenser and serves complimentary hot beverages, biscuits and hot snacks such as nasi lemak and curry puff. There’s a small cozy kids play area too. Best part is the complimentary shuttle to Subang parade for those who has no transportation after dropping off car for service.
The worst service centre ever! LNo experience mechanics as they are just junior.they told my brake caliper got problem and absorber cost of 2k above, then im went to normal service centre.they only charge me rm20 for just putting GREASE INTO MY BRAKE CALIPER SCREW.much disappointed on honda brand, im think im need complimentary as im wasted 5 hours waiting over there
