The counter guy name called Adam simply accused and irresponsible.
My car CRV not able to solved until l went to peringgit.
Some swears by the owner’s manual, others follow their gut feel. The latter, and you choice which one? #major #service
Offer Customer Beverage Packages where while waiting the car to be service, have complementary coffee makers, coways, nasi lemak and biscuits, kids have their own playpan if I not mistaken 2nd floor, not sure whether still have or not. Have plenty of seats for those who wait.provide car wash after service the car. Toilet clean 4/5.

Called in to check on the price to replace my city brake pads and rotor, the person I spoke to said need to bring the car in for inspection. I’m like, I want to replace also need to inspect what? I have already decided to change these parts and what some more want to inspect? Why is it so hard for Honda to give the price when customer ask for it? And this person I spoke to said will check with the service manager and get back to me and till now no response. I’m not a big fan of disk skimming because it will cause other problems (noise while braking, warping due to thinner disk) within a short time frame and then need to spend $$$ to get it replaced, so better to spend one and just do the right thing. I have to bring in the car 1 day and if the price quoted is not up to my expectations then I have to go other place and that’s another day gone, won’t it be best if you guys just give the price and then we will be able to decide if need to bring in to honda SC or outside sc. Hopeless
Service is good.
Normal service will be quick but to inspect on car minor/major issues will be longer.
They do provide free shuttle service to nearby places.

Service level fair as expected. But something fishy. Someone from the Service floor always deleted the car dashcam video. Everything from point the car reached - while servicing - test drive (complained), all missing.
Mr Shahrol (Ayoi) Very friendly salesman, always happy when talk to him. Not recommended. The service agents have misrepresented the issues during my service. They suggested me to change my airbag crash sensor with a high replacement cost and emphasised the airbag will not deploy during a car accident.
I then went to consult another workshop on the matter. Guess what? It’s actually just a sensor to detect the weather temperature. The only work that needs to be done is to clip the weather sensor to its original position. I’m very disappointed with the reliability of this service centre.
1st time had my normal service at here today (15/5/22,840am)
receptionist counter (Malay lady), and also especially no 7 counter (malay guy) registration counter, they are friendly and polite.
This is indeed the best Honda service centre. Although there are a lot of customers but the service level and speed is good. From service advisor to customer service and even the pantry lady (kakak selalu senyum) are great. My office is in Kepong but I rather travel all the way here to service and not Belux Auto (Honda Kepong)
But this place quality dropped after few years. Today 2022 service quality is bad, they charged for car wash but didn't wash the car at all, almost cheated by them

6 months ago, I made an appointment with Honda Botanic Auto Mall to service my car. I had to wait for 1 hour before being approached by customer service officer. Today, my appointment was set at 10.45am. I arrived early at 10.30am. Waited about 30 minutes before being called by customer service officer. At 1.45pm, my car is still parked outside the garage waiting for its turn. I am wondering what is the point of having the appointment system

Perfect timing, and the way handle customer was damnnn good.no words. Specially the staff name Miemie. She was damn polite, and answering all my questions without any forced face. Vry good customer service. Always happy to service my car here. Even after servicing they call and make sure your car is ok and the way they wrap your steering to avoid virus contact during this pandemic is a very good effort. Good job Honda.
