21Sent my mom's car here for front bumper replacement. Workmanship was ok, this is our 2nd time here. However this time, dashcam was turned off (power cord was unplugged) for no reason and we noticed that 4 bars of fuel were consumed when we came to pick up the car. Sus.

The staffs there very professional. Explained everything in detail. Waiting time depends on customer volume on the day. The workmanship is good. The car ready within the promise timeline. Many thanks to Aliff, Amir, Viji and those who helped to fix my car.
Very bad service, i used to deal with honda temerloh regarding accident car, everything go smooth, got loss of use and detail all prepared by honda temerloh. At glenmarie at first they told me they will arrange everything, i just follow up. Then after 3 month, with twice reminder. I got to know that they dont do anything. I need to submit by myself. Suhaili is the in charge person for my car. Now its make my claim for loss of use be more complicated since the old owner of the car that crash into my car already sold the car. They should told me at the first time that i need to arrange by myself for the claim.
Not recommended. I have a steering rack problem since 2 weeks just after the car was taken and i took my car in march 2022 and they told me to wait as they lack of the parts so i have waited till yesterday February 14 2023 and so they told me to leave the car there for a day. And so i just came to collect my car right now and i saw my rim is scratch.not recommended
Staff curi barang dalam kereta. Accident bonet tapi area pintu driver semua calar. Gear shift kene curi and tukar yang lama. Curi accessories. Tak faham betul jenis mentality mencuri macam ni. Macam kita tak tahu
The workmanship is the best. Customer service also the best. So my CSI is the highest level. Recommended to all honda owners.
Brought my car here for body work & repair. I was very pleased & satisfied with the overall services. The staffs were very customer oriented especially En Amir who kept on giving updates & progress of the repair from time to time. This is true commitment & dedication. It took around 3 weeks & more to get the car repaired & it turned out great. Thanks HZN team, keep up the good work

Before I headed out to collect my car, I checked to ensure that the car is fully repaired, washed and it is ready for collection. I was informed that it is. Upon arrival, I found that my car was unwashed, and the repair job was not done properly: the fitment was not align with obvious differences on both sides. I then learnt that the car has yet to go through QC, therefore having such "defects", in which will require another 2 hours for QC to look into it and get it fixed. Disappointed, I waited for another 2 hours. This time, the car was washed, but the fitting alignment was still not fixed. I had to highlight to the manager and was informed that it will take another day to fix. If the fitting wasn't so bad/obviously misaligned, I would have collected the car there and then instead of going through all the trouble. Yet, I had no choice but to come back the next day, thankfully with some improvement and finally collected my car. Truly disappointed with this level of attention and service.
Menyesal hantar kereta di sini, perempuan melayu (S.) yang deal di whatsap sangat tidak mesra dan sombong. Apabila Kereta yang sudah siap pun tidak call saya untuk datang ambil. Buat Customer macam musuh. Sila baiki komunikasi dengan pelanggan atau tukar keja yang tidak melibatkan customer. Tiada star.

An excellent service to Honda HZN for its technical services rendered to my mom's car on 5th Feb 2021 (Honda Civic). Managed to detect problem and solved on the spot. Thank you very much & Kudos! Technician Mr Ram was very swift in helping) Thanks again, man.
So far, my experiences with Honda service centres has been unsatisfactory. USJ Car Express was bad, so I came to Glenmarie, which seems to be slightly better but still below par. I sent my wife’s City for repair after it was hit from behind, and the insurance claim approval was fast but repair job took one month. Nobody ever called me to update me on the progress. I had to chase them. Even after the repair was completed, no one called me to inform me. I only found out when I called to check on the progress. Then they said “Oh it’s done. Come collect your car. ” When I went to collect the car, I did a quick inspection and discovered that the boot did not shut tight, the gaps were too wide, and some fasteners of the boot liner were missing. So l had to leave the car there for a few more days for them to rectify the defects.
