Car broke down on the road just after the service, car was in good condition before sending to service at this center and no response when call to check out. My car engine oil was not changed. Worse service ever

Standard show room and service area. Clean environment. Staff helpful when asked. Service has to be upgraded.

After waiting for 10days, finaly the spareparts from Honda available, after 2x followups. Parts replaced was the fuel pump. Malfunction for about 1month+, finally took my car to Honda service center at TPG.
Problem was engine couldn't start after cranking the motor starter few times, had to wait for 1hr to cool it down, then start it again. With failing on the fuel pump, I supposed it has stress the starter motor and battery too. Honda company must take note on this issue. Please be 100% sure of parts assemble to a brand new Honda car. Less than a year of having the car, it creates a problem.
It make me feel embraced when my HRV brand new car being towing from a location to a Honda service center. What will the public think of Honda vehicles when sees it. Honda has been a top sales Japenese car in msia, please.please and please do produced a high quality car without any defects when released to your customers. Quality control and Quality Assurance dept do take serius action on this issue. Customers pay big miney for quality products.
I'm sure there are customers out there have the same experienced like what happened to me.

Fast service and efficient. Staffs are helpful. Good place for waiting as they provide food and drinks for free.

Calling n setting service appointment is always time consuming.getting the appointment done through phone on first call is impossible

This is a Service Center with excellent customer supporr - u can b comfortable while waiting for your car to be serviced - the people at the back of the counter lack knowledge plus their service crew are not knowledgeable enough to give you a straight answer to a technical question

Terbaik lah sini, klau boleh rating 10 Bintang, 10 sy bagi. Aman je aku rase, pekerja sume pon bagus, dah la ade pantry, nasi lemak sedap. Krete siap cuci meqelip meqelap pulok. Maintenance charge pon X Mahal. Terbaiklah,

Been to multiple Honda service centre and this is the best thus far. Very fast service, within 1 hour can get back car (Normal service).

Very good service advisor Mr Danesh very helpful. I travel 30 miles from my home to just get them to do all what i need to do for my car. Nasi lemak is good there, i like the nitrogen gas package recommmed by Mr Danesh, feel the car more stable &nice to drive.
