Bad service. Called to check on an issue, they just hung up purposely after listening to my inquiry

This building houses the Hino Motors. This is an office building and this spartan design is definitely all business.

Hino services center got nice staff, services person & technical workers very often and they are very helpful. This place also offers nice rooms for customers, then got free drinks, television and air conditioning also inside customer rooms. Recommend.

We had purchase Hino lorry from one of the Hino dealer on Jul’2020.

Mid of Sept we were being informed by friend that Hino offers 1 year Hino Armtech Technologies free services for every purchase of lorry for the Theft Recovery and Tracking Device.

We are so disappointed as the Hino dealer did not disclose all the entitlements from Hino Malaysia to customers during or even after purchase & delivery of lorry.

Neat and tidy workshop for Hino lorry, truck and bus. Workshop service center working hours need to update:

Closed during weekends and Public Holidays

The new renovated customer waiting lounge is cleaner & more comfortable. But too bad that the beverage dispenser machine is always out of order.
