Harga dlm mudah berbeza byk dgn dlm kedai, pastu harga dlm kedai pun xtulis betul2.salesman A bg harga lain salesman B bagi harga lain, tup2 kene jack lagi dr harga asal, tanya pasal moto kt salesgirl apa pon xtau.deal dgn bos dlm wasap ad respon.pegi2 kedai dia xmau layan.pikir positif jela maybe dia bz.

Very rude talking to customer…December by r15 motor one mouth only.block oil leaking give for warranty claim before Chinese New Year until now never get my bike 2 Month ready.i give for warranty claim my bike. Kedai okei. Tp salesgirl nama Ay* yg x okei. Lepas submit booking, dia bg no phone utk cntct dia. Tp, bila wsap tnye update, x reply pn. Last2, lepas 3 minggu pergi kedai semula tnye update motor. Dh x happy nk keluar motor baru. Xpela. My advise, if nk beli motor kt kedai ni, utk dptkn update, call kedai direct.

Good shop bcos selling all type of motor accessories.but very bad on service.i waited quite long.workers serve their friend first.

My friend got his used MT09 here. A lot of big bike here. Except they not polish it so much. So kind of look not attractive to me.

I didn't like their service. They keep ads on Mudah even after selling it. Seems to me, a way to bring customer without proper meaning. I am not satisfied at all. Better to call before going there. And they also hardly reply on Mudah. So, call them at first place.

Bad service, bad quality. My friend bought n5 here then go to another shop for service and the foreman said the motocycle never service before. Its ok for u to survey the motorcycle but not recommen for buy.

Bike price is cheap, lots of selection. However, the shop is very weak in customer service. If you just want to buy a good price bike, you can come here. They processed my bike quite fast, 3 days.

When I try whatsapp (anna) no reply. When I call them they won't answer. While I was there staff wont entertain me very rude sell Reprentitive. If you look for used big bike come to the shop first its not good as you look at mudah I see some leaking on fork, engine & some look like a crash bike. Some were same model but completely deferent bike. Price are average some was labeled other not. I've heard other customer saying price was labled are not the same OTR. I'm not sure coz they won't speek to me.

Very bad customer service. Sales lady named Anna dealt with me badly. Ask about the bike and reply like nothing. Took hours to reply. Ive deal to buy one bike, and once my loan have been approved they wanted to change to another bike (they sold the bike that have been dealt initially to another bike). They're selling bike at average price but in a very very bad condition. Not taken care at all. Full of rust. Even some of the bike at the display got oil leaked forks. When I ask them to repair all the damage of the bike, they told me that I need to pay for that. The vibe of the showroom is very dull and unpleasant. Would not recommend anyone to go and buy bike here. You can get bike with the same price, better condition and get good customer service elsewhere. Just don't. Really-really bad service.

The sales method of your company is really very problematic. If a motorcycle customer already applied for a bank loan. Please Don't give another customer any hope. Those personal information are very private

Ok la jugak.helmet, assesori motorsikal byk pilihan, dari motor kecil hingga ke superbike.motorsikal pun semua jenis ada, dari 0 wang pendahuluan.

I look up in mudah.few helmets were sold in very cheap price compare to original price. Ah Siong attend to me n I show him the helmet I want.he was friendly n helpful. I think this is my lucky day bcos the helmet was still there n there is only 1 left n 1 size only.grab that HJC helmet n pay.

Cheating company. Advertise on Mudah very cheap. When you get there, the price is more by RM 500. Claimed than the advertised price was his factory price.

This shop is trying to cheat consumer by placing low price in mudah.my and when you contact them, the price rise incredibly.

Dishonest dealer/merchant

Fraud Company. Advertises low prices on Mudah and then increases the price while you are in the shop.

Beware of 'cheap' base price advertise on Mudah. They'll jack up with this and that. Not cheap anymore. Don't do Maybank 0% interest plan too. Extra hidden charges will be imposed.
