Their service and price might sounds reasonable but you will be visiting ‘them’ continuously after your first visit.
Unethical and breaching the trust of customers.
Writing this based on my personal experience, and not recommended.
Changed a wira 1.3 alternator. APM brand. Part price only RM300 on Lazada. But this shop insist to charge RM460. Looks like they do quite a high mark up of 50%. I asked for RM10 discount, but they insist could not give. Said they only charged for workmanship and did not mark up part price. Not so honest lo tell this story to customer.
Arrived at 1.30pm. They ordered the parts. Said it will arrive, but in the end I have to spend more money to take a Grab car for my meeting at 4pm. Parts took so long to arrive.
Feel sour after this experience. Was a recommended shop by a friend, in the end feel like a buaya shop instead. Haiz.
Vry bad.i just change whole 4 tyres at 6pm m went straight back home wic is 5 min away. The next morning two tyres no air at all.wen see him, he didnt admit any mistake, instead vry rude to me n claiming some ppl took air frm it purposely.my car is just myvi n i m at guarded tmn, no way this to happen.not recommended at all!
We are regular customer here since the very beginning. The bosses and staff are professional and friendly, price very reasonable, will not simply changing any parts if they think is not necessary. The best service centre that I ever been.
Quite reliable service. The mechanics won’t simply chop you, they will ask you to repair those that are necessary. And their regular service charge such as change engine oil is at reasonable price. The two bosses also quite good they will explain to customers what’s he problem with the car.
