Hap Seng Star Kinrara Pre-owned Centre

I bought my car with assistance from Ms Soong, who was very professional and helpful. She made the experience of buying the car seamless.

Bought 2 cars at the same time (GLA & A200) just a few years ago but the A200 spoiler paint coating flaking and the Hap Seng rep said it is not covered by the warranty. It might be true as he mentioned but how often do have customer buys more than a car at one go. Perhaps i did not spend more than a million ringgit hence the after sales is a disappointment. Hap Seng, you just lost a customer who planned to upgrade his cars. Another point to add, i was going around looking at cars and none of of your salesperson approached me. Maybe i was just wearing tshirt, jeans and a pair of sandals unlike your previous salesman (Darren) whom i bought the cars.

This is an awesome car showroom located in a less than awesome location in an otherwise derelict Kinrara light industrial area but it is a great place to look for your pre-owned Merc. It offers a good vibe in its physical setup which is spacious but the only thing is that members of the sales staff don't seem to be able to live up to the ethos of selling a luxury German brand, which is a real shame. The sales personnel has anemic enthusiasm in offering a good customer experience and Merc Bhd Malaysia should consider throwing in a retraining program to help orientate their outlook to a more welcoming and cheerful approach. In short, you come away from this centre with the feeling of having just visited a Honda or Toyota showroom in the vicinity. The brand is not that well represented here but you do find a bargain that comes with Merc's 5star warranty!
