Done coating and tinting at here. Overall, the best performance by M Pro Auto Care. The explanation was very detailed and well explained. Besides, the salesgirl, Joey, is very kind and helpful.

Poor workmanship with lot of bubbles and dust.

Reschedule my appointment with a cs named Ashley and went back to fix it but what they explained was dust with a whole tinted is very common. I was curious it’s common that one whole car tinted with those dust and bubble?

Besides, I need to put my car under hot sun. I did.
At the end of the conversation, they changed all four sided windows. But ended up with a scratched kind of defect on my dashboard after the session. Of course I informed them but ended up with an inconclusive answer. So I sent my car back to my own workshop to repair and they claimed the scratched might caused by chemical damage which the tinted shop didn’t claimed as their fault because they didn’t use any chemical kind of thing.

A month after, my main windscreen bubbles with dust still occurred. And I wanted to send my car back to solve it and this is a second appointment for fix. I tried to communicate with Ashley thru WA. After while, she called me and talked to me with somewhat an accusatory tone and there was no courteous manner while addressing me when I picked up the phone call at early morning 9: 30am.

Sigh.

There’s no free gift after purchased but you might be lucky as me to get ‘good customer service’ with dust and bubbles home.

Detailed services with quality materials used! So much difference compared to other tinted shops in the market.definitely worth the price Didn’t know quality was a factor in tinting cars.

Come here for tinting. The service was alright, very helpful. But the workmanship is not very good. The tint on my car is not cut very well. What with that stray patch of tint?

The product is one of the credible in the market. Their initial services were remarkable. However, sadly to experience a deterioration in customer service lately. An appointment has been enforced, but never exercised and emphasized. I felt like dealing with a “Pasar Malam” trader for the after sales service. That’s explain a lot on what kind of overall product and services you would get.

March 2020 - Requested for Autotriz branded coating in the chat but not sure why end up they apply G-techniq branded coating on my car. Had to accept it cause they say both are similar. Doesn't seem to be an issue, the tint and coating look great during the pick up of my car. Anyway, good job: D

Review - A year later, 2021 -
1. Came to claim warranty for the M-Pro tint. The rear glass's tint seems to me melted. Was quite shocked that they now warned me the rear glass defogger have probability to break when replacing the tint. Should have warned me a year before tint is applied. Anyway, no issue here as they have good skills and service and the replacement tint looks perfect.
2. Came to claim warranty for coating. The senior lady sitting in the office doesn't seems to know much or doesn't explain much. Though Senior Works-person here are experience and helpful. He helped explained the causes of the issue clearly.
3. Make sure to reserve before coming, it seems they have limited service slots per day.
4. Look for the younger lady - Ashley, she is very helpful.
