Datang nak survey motor. Tapi tak ada satu pun staff yang entertain. Staff ramai tapi semua main fon and berborak diluar. Bila tanya soalan dan dijawab sangat tidak profesional. Tak akan jejak kaki kat sini lagi.

Service ok.just bought y16zr cash at rm13k but later be known other shops can give rm11,800 cash otr.very frustrated gtmax cannot give lower than rm13k for cash.advise buyers to make price comparison from other shops. Thought gtmax can give more lower because yamaha distributor but cannot.

This place suits all motorcycle owner's taste in a lot of aspect. They provided service centre to repair your bike, sell some accessories+apparel from Yamaha and also accessories+helmets from a few brands plus they also sell motors and a few motorcycles spareparts. Not to forget, they also provided cafe genblu for any meeting/chillin/rest stop and you can enjoy the meals provided.

Lifestyle Zone 2 would be the place where you can visit the showroom of Yamaha motors whereas Lifestyle Zone 3 is the place where you can visit the showroom other than Yamaha brand motors and also secondhand motors. Genblu cafe is located right at LZ2 and you can also buy any items from convenience store GTMart nearby LZ3.

Staffs are overall good, however needs to improve in terms of friendliness. Some of the staffs look exhausted but it is understandable as some of them are working 9am-8pm, 6days throughout the week. You can get advise for motor repairs here as well, however some of the service mechanics are still needed of trainings and more esposure especially in overhauling plus it would be better if they add on staff that handles warranty claim in the future in line with increasing numbers of customers booking appointment. Another suggestion is, please UPGRADE your membership system. Bringing service cards everytime service is really a hassle and super inefficient & old-fashioned. Either use Zendesk/CRM or probably provides QR/physical card membership – is much better than need to bring & stamps service cards everytime service.

Lastly, it would be much appreciated if the management also provided prayer room for Muslims as sometimes the repairing took few hours long, and I think the "lifestyle" theme would be complete by having prayer room

But overall, the place is super accessible and suitable for any motorcycle owners.

Babi la gtmax ni call xpernah berangkat aku clim warinty dh setahun dh tunggu barang sampai skrg xdapat lg, babi penipu kau, aku dh 2 kali beli motor kt kedai ko last yg ni rasa tertipu, next jgn harap la aku nk beli kt kedai ko lg sory bye byee.

Nak servis ok kot.tapi nak beli baru tak yah la.maybe customer ramai sangat sampai tak terlayan.mptpr dah ready seminggu senyap je kita lak kena tanya.datang ambik, memang dah ready, memang tak buat apa cuma pasang no plat je tapi dia buat kita tunggu dekat 2 jam.np plat belakang taruk nama kedai, bila mintak plain dia kata tak de.dia bayar ke kita iklankan kedai dia? Cilaka tu paksa customer iklan free.masa ambik motor tak de nak ajar apa2, bila tanya jawab nak tak nak je.pi beli kedai lain la, kedai ni besar sangat dah ramai customer kot.

Salesman tak ramah, ayah aku memang kurang pengetahuan pasal motor modern ni lagi2 sportbike (R25), bila tanya pasal motor, salesman tu jawab "selalunya yang datang sini dah tengok review motor dekat youtube". Lepastu dia tarik muka dan tak jawab pertanyaan ayah aku tadi.aku niat memang nak beli cash tapi aku borak sikit pasal loan kedai, dia explain pasal loan dari A sampai Z macam aku takda duit beb siap pandang atas bawah, memang tak ramah.atleast respect ayah aku do.dah takda choice kedai lain, ayah aku pun booking lah motor, tapi alhamdulillah aku dapat cancel kan pembeliaan motor tu dengan niat taknak support kedai ni lagi.dan akhirnya ayah aku angkat kereta Mercedes c calss

Dah 2 kali beli motor di sini. Layanan yang baik. Urusan mudah. Harga motor mungkin sidikit mahal dari tempat lain. Motor pun sentiasa servis disini, setakat ni memang memuaskan.

Mahal.salesman pun macam xihklas nak jual.porahh.ingat kita xde duit ke.byak lagi kdai berhampiran

Have serviced by bike here a few times. The latest visit due to immobilizer problem. The senior mechanics are very familiar with my Yamaha Xmax and knew exactly what to do.

Bad after sales services, bought this Y15zr v2 been waiting for 8months pkp. At the front suspension gt Knocking sound went, there all the way from kl to shah alam cz still new, warranty side mechanic Chinese fellow very lazy, i say wan check keep on telling cover set new tats why sound b4 i went there i gone to 2 bike shop both of them said suspension need some oil change and new front suspension spring. The mechanic at GT MAX SHAH ALAM KNOWS THIS BUT DONT WANNA REPAIR IT.this problem is on 3rd day after i took the bike from shop. Only 200km odometer still gt problem
