2018 registration Kawasaki z900 This is the condition after a week of buying bike from GS CYCLE. They sell bike by tempering the meter and don't allow test drive at highways. The day I bought the bike I told them there was a problem with the engine I asked to change the bike, but the salesman said no need to change if anything big issues they will help me to fix, after one week got noise from engine now they said I have to repair by myself. [After opening the engine, the technician said that such a situation happen after 100k km+] but in bike meter 28k km running {Now the costing RM7000 to repair my bike but no help at all from gs cycle}

I thought I was unlucky when I bought a car with a problem. The boss said that used cars need to be repaired. But the salesperson's attitude was nice.

Honest review, I guess they know what is customer service. Patient, knowledgeable and prompt. The boss also humbly answered all my question. Well done. If there is 6 star I would give.

Look for a salesman named Don. Really friendly guy to talk to. The workshop next to it is good as well.

Big motorcycle shop. However, they need to buff up their customer service. Standing in front of the shop for 15mins and no one attended me.

Painful experience dealing with them. Everything also cannot - inspect no, warranty no, 1 week only bike out, deposit no, booking fee no etc etc. And i m paying cash. Dunno whether the boss knows abt it or not.

Good collection of used big bikes. Both Bob & Soon attended to me with good information about the bikes and their distinctions.

A serious problem of way of doing business. An owner that never keep his words and not even an apology. A total waste of time dealing with this company. A non-professional company.

Fantastic service from Ah Soon.not hard selling and very informative explaining the pro and cons of riding a bmw gs/gsa 1200 and 1250.normal ducati multistrada and enduro for 1200 and 1260.very honest sales man.please look for him if u are buying from here

So far ok. Dah beli moto 2nd kt sini. Alamdulillah terbaik. Masa dlm warranty. Repair apa2 yg patut. Bos dia yg salesman. Seorang yg baik, peramah dan berilmu psl moto berkuasa tinggi. Cuma harga moto x dpt kurang. So far lain2 berpuas hati. Wasap bos dia. Dia balas dgn bergambar.

Just asking to look for loan catalogues but he says im wasting time just take yourself for any bike loans or find other bike store.

Neat place for used sports tourers and big bore dual purpose bikes. All three of the salesmen I contacted were incompetent. Even one that was recommended in the reviews here. Absolutely disappointing. Call the owner of the shop directly to deal.

Very poor customer service. I am a seasoned motorcycle rider, biker and enthusiast. I went to this place directly from the airport after flying into KLIA2 this morning to take a look at a specific bike that was advertised for sale. The salespersons are more interested in paying attention to their mobile phones than to attend to me. Too bad because they lost business that is thousands worth. They should learn from BMW Motorrad about attending to customers.

This is my second bike i bought from them. Their sales person Ah Soon is a very nice ffriendly and informative person compared to other sales persons which i deal with them before. Suggest to look for Ah Soon if you're looking for SBK
