Never buy from this dishonest used car dealer! They even fake road tax so you can't claim a warranty on anything! Be wary of Kenny the salesman! His strategy is: the parts are ordered, a thorough inspection has been done, and so on. Driving home: the fog lights are not even there!

On May 2nd we went to our mechanic and upon inspection we found:

a) All 3 engine mounts are broken. None of the repairs were done as promised.b) It is suspected that the odometer has been tampered with. (The mechanic suspects with his expertise that in such conditions the car could easily do 200,000+km instead of 80,000+km)
c) Engine failure (the high pressure oil pump fails, causing constant warnings that the vehicle must be stopped).
d) Transmission failure (torque converter problem causing constant howling noise).

We asked Mr. Lee, the branch manager, for a warranty, but our request was rejected. He even laughed at me and said that if I'm not satisfied, I should buy a whole new car. So get ready to be ridiculed and belittled by a car salesman who basically makes a living out of us customers If you don't like being a car salesman you should quit your job instead of lying and cheating your customers

I have called multiple times (8/5/23,9/5/23,10/5/23,11/5/23) to try to speak to Afiqah, Glory Wheels executive, to refund me. She flatly replied that she would check with her boss and on the last call she just hung up on me. I sent multiple emails on 3/5/23,5/5/23,10/5/23,11/5/23 dealing with my requests and complaints and none of them were answered.

On May 11,2023, we called our 3rd party insurance company (AZ Warranty) to file a claim for the faulty transmission.guess what? Our road tax has been changed! As a result, the company (AZ Warranty) has canceled our policy, leaving us unprotected against warranty claims on the engine/transmission/ECU, ECM/AC.

It is life threatening and unacceptable for a used car dealer to sell a car in these conditions. It was unethical for them to ignore my request and ignore my multiple emails and phone calls. Illegally changing the odometer and road tax, causing my insurance policy to lapse is illegal.

I have filed a police report and complaint to TTPM and KPDN. I strongly urge you to think twice before buying from them.

SEDAR dengan jurujual ini, Kenny, yang menjanjikan bulan dan langit ketika cuba menjual. Taktiknya ialah: bahagian sedang dalam delivery, sudah selesai menyemak dan lain-lain. Memandu pulang: LAMPU KABUK PUN HILANG!

Kami pergi ke mekanik kami pada 2 Mei dan setelah menyemak, kami mendapati bahawa:

a) Semua 3 pemasangan enjin rosak. Tiada yang dibaiki seperti yang dijanjikan.b) Disyaki odometer diusik. (Mekanik dengan pengetahuan profesionalnya mengesyaki kereta dalam keadaan sedemikian akan dengan mudah mencatat 200,000+KM dan bukannya 80,000+KM)
c) Enjin rosak (Pam minyak tekanan tinggi rosak yang mengakibatkan amaran berterusan menunjukkan kereta mesti diberhentikan)
d) Penghantaran rosak (Penukar tork rosak yang mengakibatkan bunyi siulan yang berterusan)

Kami meminta pengurus cawangan, Lee untuk jaminan tetapi permintaan kami ditolak. Dia malah mempersendakan saya dengan mengatakan bahawa jika saya tidak berpuas hati, saya sepatutnya membeli kereta baru. JADI BERSEDIA UNTUK DIKETAWA DAN DIPERHINA OLEH SEORANG JURUJUAL KERETA YANG DASARNYA CARI MAKEN OLEH KAMI PELANGGAN! Jika anda tidak berpuas hati menjadi jurujual kereta, anda sepatutnya berhenti dan tidak berbohong dan menipu pelanggan anda!

Saya telah menghubungi beberapa kali (pada 8/5/23,9/5/23,10/5/23,11/5/23) untuk cuba bercakap dengan Afiqah, bahan pentadbir dari Glory Wheels untuk bayaran balik saya. Dia dengan tegas menjawab bahawa dia akan menyemak dengan bosnya dan pada panggilan terakhir, dia hanya meletakkan telefon saya. Saya telah menghantar berbilang e-mel yang menangani permintaan dan aduan saya pada 3/5/23,5/5/23,10/5/23,11/5/23 tetapi tiada yang dijawab. Si Nur tu cakap dia TAK TAHU APA-APA dia Hanya accountant!

Pada 11 Mei 2023, kami meminta syarikat insurans pihak ketiga (waranti AZ) untuk tuntutan penghantaran yang rosak. TAHU TAK? ! CUKAI JALAN KAMI TELAH DIUBAH! Dengan ini, syarikat (waranti AZ) telah membatalkan polisi kami, menyebabkan kami tidak dilindungi untuk sebarang tuntutan waranti pada enjin/ kotak gear transmisi/ ECU, ECM/ penghawa dingin.

Enjin dan transmisi yang rosak bukanlah pembaikan kecil; ia adalah pembaikan besar dan bagi pengedar kereta terpakai untuk menjual kereta dalam keadaan itu adalah membahayakan nyawa dan tidak boleh diterima. Bagi mereka untuk memesongkan mana-mana tuntutan saya dan mengabaikan berbilang e-mel dan panggilan saya, adalah tidak beretika. Mengganggu odometer dan cukai jalan yang mengakibatkan polisi insurans saya terbatal adalah haram.

Saya telah pun membuat laporan polis dan aduan kepada TTPM dan KPDN. SAYA MENGGESA ANDA BERFIKIR DUA KALI SEBELUM MEMBELI DARI MEREKA!

Do not buy from them. They falsified my road tax so that I won’t be able to claim anything! Cars mileage been tampered, after one week everything broke down!

Be AWARE of this salesman, Mr. Kenny, who promised moon and sky while trying to sell. His tactics are: parts are on the way, already done thorough check out etc. Drove home: FOG LIGHT NOT EVEN THERE!

d) Faulty transmission (Defective torque converter which resulted the constant whistling sound)

We requested the branch manager, Mr Lee for warranty but our request was being brushed off. He even went to the extend of ridiculing me by saying that if I am not happy I should have bought a brand new car. SO BE READY TO BE LAUGHED AND BELITTLED BY A CAR SALESMAN WHO BASICALLY FED BY US THE CUSTOMERS! If you are not happy being a car salesman, you should have quit and not lie and cheat your customers!

On the 11th of May 2023, we called upon the third party insurance company (AZ warranty) for the claims of the faulty transmission. GUESS WHAT? ! OUR ROAD TAX HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH! With this, the company (AZ warranty) has cancelled our policy, resulting us not being protected for any warranty claims on engine/ transmission gearbox/ ECU, ECM/ air-conditioning.

A faulty engine and transmission are not of small repair; it is a major repair and for a Used car dealer to sell a car in that condition is life endangering and unacceptable. For them to deflect any of my claims and ignore my multiple emails and calls, is unethical. Tampering with the odometer and road tax which resulted in the void of my insurance policy is illegal.

I’ve already made police report and complaint to TTPM and KPDN. I STRONGLY URGE YOU TO THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM.

Not to be confused with Global Wheel - I am quite satisfied when dealing with them via the phone. Intan was very helpful and friendly, and Alex equally accommodating. They appear forthright, which is a rarity when dealing with car dealers.

So generally I think they do deserve a compliment.
