Well-run establishment, with experienced team. Came in, Ivy got to work and fixed the minor stone chip very quickly. Insurance claim process was a breeze and all done by the team

I came here today to fix a stone chip on my front windscreen. The lady staff, whom I didn't get her name fixed the it for me. She reassured me that that stone chip is cosmetic damage and will not spread.

Work was done by the proprietor Mr Yeoh to remove window scratches and ingrained deposits accumulated over many years. The effort involved was far more than anticipated. Sent my car to repair the windscreen and was attended by a lady who is really professional. Those review are valid and helpful, she helped me to inspect my screen and try to clean the scratches, it gone like magic without left any sign. That was really surprising me, she also took some time to explain me about screen cracked and how they normally do the repair job. Very attentive and friendly. I just hope i could provide 10 start of the review. The shop was being operate for 16 years on their specialists. If you having any screen cracked issue, this are the right place for you.

i went in for a stone chip repair. Done in less than 15 minutes and will explain to you the problem and solution step by step. Very professional.

All praise to Ms Ivy. I brought back my car for touching up the stone chip on the windscreen after 2 years since it was done. She was very helpful and dedicated and not wanting to charge any maintenance fee. I highly recommend this place. They deserve 5 star!

I would highly recommend Glass Mechanic to anyone who is having any sort of issue with their car windows. My car had a deep cut on it's back windscreen and it was rectified beautifully by them. Untuk pemandu wanita, kalau ragu-ragu nak pergi workshop, jangan risau. Anda semua boleh pergi kat kedai ni. Ms. Ivy akan explain how she gonna repair the crack and then you wait about 1 hour to get the job done.

Went there 2 times within 2 weeks time.very bad luck due to stone chips on 2 different area on windscreen. Ms Ivy was very helpful and provided me a professional advice without hidden terms & conditions.

Ivy is knowledgeable and does a good job in fixing cracks ok the window. This is my second visit with the first in about 4 to 5 years ago with my Myvi. Even the Myvi was a job well done because it's still ok till today. Highly recommended.
