13I bought an air pods pro from this shop.end up the type C is not functioning.return to the shop, and i ask a new replacement for the type c cable.the sales person told that they dont have any cable type C for replacement.i end up with a normal usb cable.my 3rd visit here.by far their customer service is very very bad.they don’t even apologise to me.i walk off from the shop just like that.please improve customer service and have some courtesy.
Very good and friendly service, price are affordable, replacement item are original, face to face repair. Make sure make appointment first easy for them to order ur parts before come to repair ur phone.

My experience sending my phone to this shop to replace my battery was very pleasant. I came across the shop after scrolling on my TikTok. After doing my research, I decided to whatsapp the shop and asked a few questions regarding my IP battery. I decided to go ahead to the shop when I heard they will replace my phone battery in front of me. Besides all of that, I had a good experience with them. Lastly, I would recommend anyone who have a problem with their phone, to try and visit this shop.
