I sent my car for inspection yesterday. I was surprised that they are quite organised and having a proper waiting lounge with decent TV with movie to watch. The guy who attended me Fareez, was very ethical, I was surprised that he passed me back my cash in the car before actual inspection begun. Kudos to this guy, it was about RM40+, he could have just keep it but he didn’t. What a great experience to meet ethical personnel in this world.

After the inspection completed, GGS provideD free carWASH. FAreez also walked us to our car with proper greetings to send us off. Definitely will return to this workshop for further service.

This morning, I had my first experience with GGS Eurotech when I sent my car for service. They may not be like the more commercial car brand servicing centre, equipped with a spacious lounge or F&B. However, for a working parent like myself, I managed to attend calls, answer emails and quite a bit of work done, between sending my children to school in the morning and finishing just in time to pick them up. The SA, Firdaus was quick and efficient. The receptionist, Ella was courteous and proficient. I especially appreciated their efforts in making sure the customer was well taken care off and had all my queries answered about my car and the services available to me. My car was sparkling and cooled prior to my collection, thanks to the SA’s thoughtfulness. A morning well spent. Thank you for a memorable first experience at GGS Eurotech today.
